Their website says their open until 5pm, but the last WALK-IN test is accepted at 3pm. Very misleading!!

Train your staff/employees to treat humans like such. If they can't and are not willing to learn to do so don't exposed your clients/customers (humans) to their biases, poor and unacceptable attitudes and treatment. They should find another line of work-job, or you need to assign them to another position away from the public. They can keep their toxic behavior and poor judgment to themselves.

Real professional and friendly staff despite working in a not so great part of town with alot of less than savory people- came in for a pre-employment drug test and the process was very efficient.

I waited for 15 minutes or so, which is expected. The process was quick and easy.Nathan walked me through everything and was respectful and professional throughout.

These people need to due there jobs!!!! I went in weekly and paid $60 each time for a court ordered drug test. I gave them my lawyers information each time to have the test sent to my lawyer. In the 4 weeks I went. My lawyer did not have one test that I took!!!!I went to court and no test results were sent ever!!! I also gave them my prescription information. and nothing was noted!!! I popped for meth which I take Trazadone which creates a false positive... Again not noted in my test results. The judge hammered me so bad!!! I now have a probation instead of a dismissal which if you did your job would have happened!!!! horrible place go else where if you need someone reliable!!!!

I went in at 2:00 and I was done 30 minutes later despite 5 people being ahead of me, great place very thorough and made me feel comfortable. Also great staff.

Tristan the goat, super chill dude. Taking a drug test with such a chill atmosphere and cool dude was nice, idk what the hate is about.

It went pretty quick. If you show up and can't go, it counts as a refusal. Drink up before you arrive, there's no water in the waiting lobby. The staff seemed pretty relaxed and good natured, they didn't treat us like it was a foregone conclusion we would fail just by being there.

Racquel is super unprofessional and very unkind. She works here yet she rated this place 5stars ha. Agree with all the 1 star reviews. The only nice person was Jared. Please make him manager asap. Get rid of the fat grumpy women you got working here. Missy should be fired for how she responded to Mr.Fox review. Low class obviously.

I used this company to test new hires, and they’re slow, incompetent, and they’re not very responsive. Would recommend ARCpoint labs instead.

We all know that it's not fun doing the things we don't want to do or that we are made to do. Please remember it's not the staffs fault you made a mistake it's yours. I have been coming here for about 2 years give or take and have only been treated with the utmost respect. The staff is welcoming and helpful and most of all they treat you like you are human. I can actually say these people are my friends! Well done Mission office well done!
