Paid for two separate service calls on the same item! They called me once my part came in to schedule my repair for the following day and NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited the 4 hour window and they NEVER CALLED either! I CALLED them 3 times that day, left 3 messages and NOTHING!! That was on 6/24/21 and I've yet to hear from them!!
