Thank you so much! I am so happy with your work on my car. It's like the accident never happened. On top of that the car was immaculate, inside and out, when I picked it up, I noticed :) The estimate was what you stated with a small charge for an extra part that you called and authorized so there were no surprises. Also, I was told if I bring it in on Monday, it would be out by Friday, it was! My car got stolen and wrecked they were very nice and let me weigh out my options and just gave me the best service I could’ve asked for while dealing with an awful situation, I highly recommend them and would definitely go back to them for any of my towing needs or if I need any repairs. Would give 6 stars if possible!

We had an accident last December. They told us they could fix it until march. We waited and on march we had it sent to them. They tore it apart and “fired” the employee who did it. Because of the work he did it didn’t do they refused to finish the job and sent it back to us October. It is in worse condition than we had dropped it off in. It took over 8 months, of regular calling them, to have them say they were unable to fix a car they disassembled. They did drop the car off at our house in pieces and with the expectation that we will do the work ourselves now.

‼️REPLY TO OWNER: “Leti, I DO NOT have a vehicle belonging to you.. While every shop intown is behind, due to Parts Manufacturing Delay which is out of everyone's control I still DO NOT have vehicle that belongs to you.”‼️The truck belongs to my husband, it is our company vehicle, which you are aware of as I have been in the office in-person and it was made clear back in April that this was our company vehicle. I was in tears telling this rude older lady that we need that vehicle back, as it is creating hardship to our business to have to pay for a vehicle sitting in your shop… and all I got in return was a condescending “Okay” with an eye roll from this lady. So therefore, “WE” are waiting, don’t play smart with me… you know exactly what vehicle I am referring to. Funny how my husband went in today and this rude older lady immediately attacked him, stating he knew this and that… when in fact, we did not know anything! Rude, unprofessional, lack of communication especially on that females part. Also asking my husband to have me remove the review, I will not remove the review or stop reviewing until WE get our vehicle back in mint condition because it’s been there long enough to be completely rebuilt. Also I don’t care how many people are behind on vehicles or shortages that still does not excuse the rude unprofessional behavior and attitude. Get that lady some customer service training and better skills, keep her in check. Word of advice from a fellow business: communication is key and goes a long way. Check in with every delayed customer at least twice a month with progress or something, whether that be via call, text or email. Us driving by for weeks with our vehicle in the same exact state, in the same location with no communication.. looks like nothing is getting done to me. I’ll consider removing the reviews when our vehicle is complete and again mint condition for the inconvenience and delay.

⚠️ INSURANCE COMPANIES & CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!We’ve been waiting over 9 months for our vehicle. Every time we go in or call in to inquire about our vehicle they are extremely rude and unprofessional. We started checking in around the 5 month mark, we keep getting told two more weeks but obviously 9+ months later still only halfway done with our vehicle. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but at this point I’m beyond fed up.Services: Painting

We’ve had to use A-Pro twice recently for two separate instances and I can assure you that their service is top notch! From fast towing time to sharing their knowledge and NOT overcharging for nonsense. They’re honest and reliable and they will be our go to in the future if we ever need them again! Thank you to Moe specifically today. He made my morning that much brighter. Kudos to you and the rest of the staff!

We went in to get an estimate for repairing our van. The man was very rude when I ask for an estimate. First he ask me if I had insurance or not and I told him no we were paying, at that point he gave us the opinion that he really didn't want to work with us. When we got out side almost to the van he stopped to say you know there is a $25.00 estimate fee. I told him no one else charged us for an estimate, He replied not my problem in sarcastic voice. I said NO I won't pay and left. Will tell all my friends & people I hunt and golf with NOT to do business with them because of the way we were treated. That tells me the way probably do work and stand behind it (NOT GOOD)!

I brought my car in for a damage estimate. Three people all with feet up on the desk talked down to me the entire time. After several minutes of receiving eye rolls and exasperated sounds, I just left. Clearly, I was bothering them. The irony is, I brought a car here before and was very pleased with the workmanship. I found another body shop that was happy to get my business.

Not only did they do a Fantastic job, they also did it at least 30 to 90 days faster than anyone in Spokane! You couldn't even tell that my side mirror had ever been broken and Thank You! 200% would go back again.
