Don’t get your roof done through Ziggy’s! We had ours done 9 years ago. Have had nothing but problems, and now 9 years later we have a major mold problem in our roof and insulation because they didn’t do a quality job. And Ziggy’s won’t do anything about it. It is going to cost us more to have a quarter of our roof repaired than it did for them to do the whole thing. Spend your money somewhere else to have a quality job done.

I have had a good experience with Ziggy's. The floor help is available and you can pick your lumber with the employee helping. Many things are cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot. I like to check prices with hardware stores. Usually one has what you have at a good price.

Super helpful guys at the service desk and Wyatt was THE BEST in loading for us - courteous, conscientious, and super nice young man.Our project started at Home Depot but our 2nd and 3rd trip for supplies have been Ziggy's because prices are good but quality of lumber and service are outstanding!

Brennan helped me find what I needed today. Will start skipping Lowe’s and Home Depot as the quality of people there aren’t the same as Ziggy’s. Was glad to finally get some actual help from someone that knew what I was talking about. Thanks.

Took about 10 min to get service in the yard and had employee walk right passed me when in the line had to ask for help.. Iys ok as long as not on time clock

I could walk around in here for hours, figuring out what to do next, getting ideas and gathering supplies. The staff are helpful and they try out new stock all the time. It's the best of what a hardware store should be. They know where the things are in the store and there's usually something else you just thought up a project for while you were there.

Had 26 square of roofing delivered to load onto a 12-12 roof with limited room for the truck and 2 people to catch the bundles as they were lifted....the 2 delivery guys (Chris & randy) were more than patient and helped tremendously to get it done as painless and quick as possible...thank you fellas......

We came in to buy a large shed. Jessica was wonderful. She had an answer to every question we had. Kris’s too. We bought the best shed ever!If I were you, Ziggy, I’d hang on to Jessica! Customer service at its best! Thank you for a great experience. This was the first time I had been to a Ziggys.

Our experience was great! Needed chimney pipe parts and the guy helping was knowledgeable. He set us up with all the parts we needed which was quite a few considering I was running the chimney through the attic. He kept the price down by suggesting an alternative part that was cheaper, did the same job, but was in a different location in the store. So this review is good but it cannot be a five star. I had to buy the pellet stove itself from a competitor. For the same exact stove, I paid $359 less. I'm all for paying for great service, but $359 was a bit more than I was willing to do.
