I love shopping here but every time I go into do my shopping there never is any mart carts and If there is one it's either completely dead or out of service! I will not continue to shop at this location if this continues to be an issue. I'm actually going to call the Ada the bbb.

Best prices on packaged goods in the region, and the beef and pork are usually good values compared to the national chains. You know inflation is getting bad when prices go way up here, and they have.

Double and/ or overcharged every single time we come here and we have to go to customer service with the receipt to get a refund.
Check your receipts when shopping here because they will double charge/ overcharge you (be especially careful about your bulk bin items).

Loss Prevention here sucks! Don't forget anything in your bags!!!! especially after shopping for 2 hours. Instead of just saying something at the register. Now instead of $8 they want me to pay $208. But yet I spent over $100? People do make honest mistakes. But the cashier couldn't have just pointed it out?

It took a second to find the refrigerated pastas, I'm not sure if right in the middle of all the cheeses is the best place for it maybe at the beginning or completely at the end

Went to winco to get my cat food, it was so busy. Long lines and lots of dads!!! Lol I thought moms would be doing something for them. Just remember only cash, check or debit no charge cards. Very friendly at the register and even more so in the deli. Great buys and some things I could not find in my regular grocery store.

Friendly staffs, store is clean, bulk products good price. Some item is a little more expensive like dairy products.

Earlier this month I lost a money order I had bought at winco. I told my son in law because it was to pay my rent, and I lost the whole thing, receipt and all. Having worked security for target, he knew there was a way to get a copy of the receipt. He called winco and asked for security, and spoke to a lovely young lady named Kati. Kati took all of the info, day I purchased the money order, the amount, etc., and she scanned through their system and found the purchase and was able to get me a copy of the receipt for that purchase. I went right to the store, and she told me just how to turn in the receipt and have it traced to get my money back. She was so sweet and helpful, knowledgeable about what we needed. I highly recommend this store, and I want to let management know that Kati truly helped this senior citizen through a very stressful situation. I appreciate her and my son-in- law so much for their help in getting my money back!

They only had one register open , so the line was incredibly long. Other than that it was
a fine visit.
This time it was a breeze in and out. The lines were fast moving and everybody seemed to be in a good Smiley happy mood

Open 24 hours a day at 11:00 p.m. the parking lot was full. WinCo is doing something right when yokes and Safeway and the others are not. I don't know what it is.

Economical, great selection of produce and meat. Clerks are always friendly and helpful. What's not to love?!
