Jay runs this facility and proves that incredible customer service is not dead. He goes above and beyond to support his customer. During a stressful time of moving, he made everything easier. Like others in these reviews mentioned, I wasn't sure I believed the service could be so good... but now I'm a believer.

Wilbur Storage is clean, reasonable, safe, and easy to access. The owner Jay is trustworthy, honest, fun, and professional. He will help you figure out a solution for your needs, big or small. He even gave up his personal garage to store our odd size dragon display between festivals. It is not just business, it is relationship when you work with him. Highly recommended!

I don't rent a unit here, but I'd like to share story in regards to returning a U-Haul truck. I flew out to help my father move. When we arrived Jay came out to meet us and helped us get the rental returned, we started talking and he asked us where we were headed afterwords. We mentioned we where heading to the airport to fly back, Jay asked if we had a ride and we said we had planted on getting an Uber from here after dropping it off. Jay offered to take us down to the airport and we welcomed the opportunity. Jay was an absolutely generous and kind person, and anyone willing to help out like that truly speaks volumes to their character. I would happily recommend this self storage, even without using it myself!

Jay is an absolute gem of a human. We were getting into town late and he was very accommodating. We stayed in contact throughout my drive and it was a huge relief that we didn't have to worry about having our full truck out in the open. The storage place was very clean and well maintained and the units are very tall. Pricing is also very good

Where to begin... the service I received here was phenomenal. Above and beyond what I had hoped for and can't recommend enough. Story time:I reserved uhaul equipment, unfortunately I had to pick up at different locations. Picked up my truck here.. my car dolly from A-Z Rental. My experience with A-Z was less than ideal. I realized in my error that I would not need the dolly after picking it up. I tried calling here first, however they suggested I try the place I picked it up first. Reasonable logic. Even though I received poor service I called A-Z.. to which I was on hold for fifteen minutes before they came back and answered as if I had just called in. Aggravation rising. They put me on hold again only to come back and tell me to try the center down the street (U-City). I try calling... am waiting another 20 minutes for someone to pick up. I explain the situation to the person on the phone. Apparently if they don't answer their phones the call gets rerouted to their reservation department based out of California. @.@ they tell me to go to U-City directly. I go to U-City, wait in line for another 10 minutes... get told I need to go back to A-Z because they don't control their inventory. I'm at my wits end. I have my neighbor bring me back to Wilbur so I can retrieve my car. The gentleman who handled my truck rental and who I spoke with on the phone came out immediately and asked if I was able to get it returned. After explaining the whole fiasco, he got on the phone and was able to authorize the return of the dolly to his center and get me my refund. I'm so emotional I'm about to cry. Moving is stressful enough but this was overkill. If you need anything storage or rental wise... I highly recommend you come here. You will be given courtesy, basic human kindness and compassion. ❤

Incredible experience! Jay washed our car while we used a U-Haul for the day and had waters and pop for when we got back. Check-in and check-out was all done on our phone. Will definitely come here again!

The service here is unbeatable! I have hired 2 trucks, 2 laborers and 1 large storage unit here. When I arrived late after a long drive, they open late for me and had a cooler with cold drinks waiting for me. They helped me find deals on local appliances, and worked extra hard to secure a truck for me and even personally drove me to a sight to pick one up. I will absolutely use this business again. I highly recommend this site for uhaul rental and storage units.

Easy, SECURE location! Super friendly owner, who makes sure you're taken care of and makes it easy for you. Had zero issues reserving a storage unit and also was able to rent their Uhaul as well. I was so happy that it was a one stop shop for me to make my move easy! Thank you WRSS for being awesome to me!
