Your selection seemed fairly impressive. Nina greeted us promptly upon our arrival and was quiet, low pressure, and effective in answering our questions. Ultimately, I expect to be fully satisfied with what I bought, although it won’t be delivered until next week, so I won’t know until then. But I’m eagerly anticipating it. Thanks for the help.

Very happy with the purchase had set up to drop off and I’ll bring in my house upon inspection found hole in the couch I called them they are replacing no questions asked and will set up at no cost due to issue very pleased with the communication and the help by my salesperson and the manager I’ll be back again and refer these guys to everyone

Nina was excellent! Very friendly and personable. We had been to other mattress places and walked out after a few minutes because the staff didn’t really seem like they wanted to help us find a mattress. Great prices and excellent customer service! Ask for Nina!

We shopped for 6 months to find the perfect electric reclining couches/sectionals in Spokane. We finally found our match at Walkers! And even though one motor failed after 2 months, they made the process of ordering and installing the motor easy and efficient. We had such a great experience, we bought a bed for our guest room there 3 weeks ago! Appreciate your customer service and we like supporting a local, family owned establishment.

My wife and I found the bedroom furniture and mattress we wanted with so help from the sales staff. We received our furniture from some wonderful delivery and set up crews. We had an odor from the furniture and called the sales staff at Walker’s Spokane Valley several times just to find out the best way to rid the furniture of the odor. Received no return calls and ended up calling Operation Manager Zack Christensen who handled our situation. We still have not received any call from Walker’s Spokane Valley. Delivery/Setup crews should probably be training sales staff. I spent $5000.00+ at this store and deserved better follow up service.

This is our third purchase from Walkers! Each time the staff is very friendly and helpful. This time we had a sofa and ottoman delivered and everything went so smoothly. The delivery specialists showed up on time, and had everything in and set up in just a matter of minutes! The furniture arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier!
