This 24 hour Walgreens helped me feel better and I am thankful for them being open at 1230am when I needed them! Fair prices on their brand of products! I recommend this Walgreens for your 24 hour needs!

*Update*Had to use this circus again. Received text saying my prescription was ready for pick up. Go to pick it up, "we don't have that medication in stock to fill, I can order it though" why did I get a text saying it's ready for pickup? - no clue.Idiots.OG ReviewThis place is such a joke. Like many of you, I HAVE to use this location as it is the the only Walgreens Pharmacy that accepts the majority of KP insurance.I've given this place so many chances, and usually break down and HAVE to go here. Each time worse than the last.No more. I encourage everyone to send their prescriptions to the Kaiser Veradale location just East of Evergreen. Cuz F these bottom of the barrel clowns.Absolute JOKES. Time and time again!...i guess the bottom of the class has to have jobs somewhere. It just seems that the D average hopeful pharmacists all congregate HERE.

Walgreens Great store but the pharmacy these days is NOT 24 hours and to get a prescription filled takes a lot longer than any prescription should take to fill They have told me It will be ready in 1 hour and I get there drive thru drive thru and Of course Not ready they say come back in an 90 minutes and to get refills I have these calls that call me saying its ready for pick up and I go to call and make sure it is actually ready I sit on hold 40 minutes and then call back because it just hangs up after waiting that long and another 35 minutes on hold before I just got sick of waiting because I have issues and need to tell them someone else will be picking it up for me But I can't so basically anyone can go grab my meds?? What if my meds were meds you don't want just anyone getting a hold of?? They used to be an okay pharmacy but I think they could use more help or something ?? Oh Oh Yeah I forget they used to make you go to the back of the line if you just dropped off a script because the person behind then could be there for something easy like a ready script that will take couple minutes to pick up so the line isn't backed up to the street but the last time i went to pick up I had to sit and wait 45 minutes because the person dropped off and then just sat there waiting for their meds so rudely LOL I feel like a Karen right now but so annoyed with Walgreens pharmacy but at least Walgreens pharmacy isn't as bad as Fred Meyer's pharmacy so maybe I will change the stars to 2 stars because Fred Meyers is the worst pharmacy in all the lands with the rude people that work in it and The way they handle things BLOWS But I am gonna stop this Karen rant and move on with my day Peace out and remember people KINDNESS MATTERS So spread some kindness around each day Even if it is as simple as Smiling at someone because You never know what is going on in other peoples lives That simple Smile could be the best thing they had in days Weeks or even months Stop thinking less about others We all bleed red and we all have feelings Show some love any chance you can Kindness Matters

I live in Seattle, but when I am in Spokane, this is my go to pharmacy. I’ve had great experiences with one of the managers there named Jill! She is/was awesome to deal with. Thx!!!

Terrible service at this establishment and I will gladly be not coming here again! They are extremely careless in their way of customer service and what not. I ordered prints from them and when I got there they gave me another persons pictures and once I realized it they then gave me mine telling me "oh sorry these were just laying on the counter" extremely lack of service here

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They will constantly hang up on you. They will NOT give you ANY information. They will beat around the bush. They SHOULD NOT be allowed to be licensed. Someone should look into this place and shut them down. Absolute GARBAGE!

This location is straight up crooked.. I had a prescription for Amoxicillin to be filled here for a life threatening major infection I have had for over a full month. I came here from over 200 miles away, only planning to have spent a night in the city, when after my appointment earlier in the day, came here (where they specified for me to go) later that night, only to be looked at like a drug addicted feign simply trying to get antibiotics. They told me I did not exist in their records whatsoever as a patient even.. So day two, I go back to where I had my prescription written, told them, and they resent it here. I go there again... This time they told me I did in fact exist as a previous patient in their system, but I would again have to wait all day long another day for it. So I did. I came back and they had my prescription, for once again, a non narcotic antibiotic, Amoxicillin, all bagged up and ready, only to tell me that "there is no legal way we can give this to you, with or without cash, with the insurance" that I DO have, nor the money I had just in case. They then said I'd have to have it sent the next day to Rite Aid... Mind you this is now day 3 out of town from where I live! Now it is day 4 and I have traveled an additional 280 miles elsewhere and I still don't have my antibiotics. Murderers is too nice of a term for these demons. Be warned ~

Pharmacy never answers phone. Automated system told me there was only one customer ahead of me, so waited on hold for 15 minutes. I was then hung up on, called back, waited on hold for 28 minutes, then was hung up on, again. Frustrating.

After getting a hard time with pharmacy staff. Everyone there is now really nice, \\u0026 friendly. But still having a hard time getting someone to help with getting the right meds from off the shelf. From being told where is at, but no found. No even by the staff after bugging them. But no complaints ?other than that. Still a work in progress. But they're doing better. :)

Pharmacy has a leadership problem. The line was 6 + deep yet the employees responsible for helping those waiting customers was chatting in the back with other employees about work schedules. The other 5 employees were all busy at computers working away. Then drive through emptied yet the person handling that walked back into the rear chatting about the last customer he helped. The whole line of people began talking about the lack of empathy for all of us waiting. Filled out all forms online and had to do it over and hold the line up even more. Told they didn't take my insurance but there was nowhere online insurance was even metioned(Rite-Aid does, which is where I will go now). Settled for 4th Covid shot but asked about website lack of the injector sent and was told it was a national website and she only worked there. Told her I asked because she must know more than I might. Rolled up my sleeve, took a deep breath and said fantastic. Lady flipped and told me to leave, she wasn't going to inject me, and told me never to come back. Said "bye c#@!" and walked out, never to return again. Glad I switched to their competitor.

I scheduled an appointment at this Walgreens for a Covid and Flu shots. There is a sign up on one side of the counter that says Covid-19 vaccine check in. So I went over to that counter, yes there was a line, but I just wanted to ask where to go. The pharmacist, Phil, said "Did you really just cut in front of all those people?" I tried to explain why and he just said to go to the end of the line. He was really rude and embarrassed the hell out of me. He was a total jerk and I will never shop here again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. The pharmacy hours make it very convenient to get prescriptions refilled even if you're running behind. The 24/7 availability is great for my busy schedule.
