So went in this past Monday asked for blue raspberry juice was given blueberry and didnt notice till I got home. They ended up giving me half on a bottle today along with 5 dollars off next time. Was very happy with how the handled it was great service.

Joanna was so kind and helpful! Knew a lot about product and answered all of my silly questions. I had a bad interaction at the Broadway location so I've been going to the trent location and everyone there has always been so nice and absolutely helpful and it means a ton that they take the time to answer my questions and give opinions.

I have been shopping at the Vapor Lounge for about 3 years. Specifically the store located on east Trent. Every interaction I've had there has been excellent. Today I was helped by an employee named Joanna. She went above and beyond what most people are willing to do. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Best experience I've had there. It's the only place I'll go from now on and hopefully she'll be working.
