Valley went above and beyond my expectations. They had my car looking like brand new in 4 days 4DAYS! I couldn't believe how fast they were with excellent work on top of it. The local GM dealership referred them to me. I see why now. I would recommend them no problem.

Good experience with Dennis and crew fixing front end damage on my sedan after I was backed into.
I went to two other high-rated body shops for an estimate before this one. For comparison, one had cars under repair up and down a residential street and I didn't even see anywhere to park so I didn't go in. The next one had a lot going on, papers all over in the office and on desks but they got me an estimate quickly.
For contrast, at Valley, I found a nice neat organized facility, without a ton of bustle. Dennis was pleasant and easy to work with. They got my car in and repaired well, looking new again. Thanks guys!

Great job!!!Fedex truck hit our car, we looked around for body shops, got some estimates, and read reviews.Bob and Dennis at Valley Auto painting and Body were by far, the nicest, most professional people we talked to.A bit of a wait to get in, but well worth it.They did a great job, and our car looks perfect.Thanks guys!!! You do good work, and customer service was awesome.

Dennis and his team at Valley Auto were wonderful to work with. We were on a road trip almost 7 hours from home when we hit a deer (or a deer hit us) leaving the front of our brand new car looked not so great anymore. Considering how long it takes to get parts shipped anywhere these days, they worked quickly to restore our car. The car looks & runs the same as it did when I left the Honda dealership. I can't thank them enough!

Dennis was awesome at letting me know where the team was with fixing my vehicle after a collision. Due to circumstances beyond his control (looking at you, supply chain) it took 6 weeks to fully repair my vehicle, and he was apologetic to that fact. Very professional, very polite. I went here because they were able to get me an appointment 6 weeks before everyone else. I totally recommend these guys!Services: Body & Trim

This lovely group was very kind and communicated very well with me on the progress of my car while it was at there shop. There treated me like a valued customer and explained all the services that were done on my vehicle. They had an opening when other auto shops were booked out for months. They gave me a pleasant experience.

I got in my first car accident and with high stress and anxiety and many calls to body shops for collision repairs, Valley Auto Painting & Body brought light to my experience. They are friendly, professional, honest, basically everything a great business is and its so hard to find these days! Not to mention they're pretty fast too. I called several places just asking when I could have my Jeep looked at for an estimate and the soonest someone could get me in was months away just for the estimate, and Valley Auto got me in within weeks, and they fixed it even faster, and washed it! If you are looking for car repair, seriously, look no further. Valley Auto is the best choice in Spokane! They are fair, honest, very quick, and most of all have wonderful customer service! I need a new bumper, paint repair, and a few other things completed. I went to MANY repair places in Spokane got estimates and talked to many people. Valley Auto was the only one of its kind. I had never needed my car repaired in the past so I didn’t know what I was doing, but Valley Auto made the process easy to understand and communicated very well. I was in an accident January 5, 2022. I took it to one place in which I made an appointment for an estimate. I had to wait 5 days for the appointment and then they couldnt give me an estimate until it is torn down. They also told me that finding parts was 3 maybe 4 months out. In other words Id have to drive a rental for however long it took.So, I called my car dealer. Basically the same kind of runaround. I called another place and got the same thing. I called a friend who was an insurance agent and told him about this crock I was going thru! He gave me the name of Valley Auto Painting and Body. I drove to the shop. The gentleman came outside, gave me an estimate, we set up a date to get it fixed and it took Valley Auto Painting and Body 1 week and it was done. It looks wonderful! I have to give them kudos for a job well done. I would highly recommend this shop!

I had barely rubbed the side of a garage post and had some paint transfer and markings on my right front fender. I was naive to body repair and was not sure what to do. A shop I went to prior had estimated it to be $1000 to $1500 to fix. But the front desk man at Valley Auto Painting and Body took one look at it, went inside and came out with some liquids and fixed it right then and there with a towel. Going one step further and even polishing the area. He turned a high stress situation into a light hearted, professional, and honest evaluation. He told me the reality of the situation and that it was just some light paint transfer. And the same day I was on my way.
