Sherry is a much needed improvement to this location! Keep her around.
The old grumpy guy that used to be here was so rude and acted like helping customers was the worst thing ever.
Edit: USPS destroyed my packaging, let multiple items fall out of the shipment to my customer and haphazardly taped the box back together. They did not leave a note or say anything to the customer. The box was brand new and well packaged when shipped. Absolutely pathetic.
These pictures show what he received. As well as the box condition right before shipping.

New gal behind the counter is (oct23) courteous and nice. The cranky old guy that pissed everyone off has not been there for a while. Maybe USPS locally got message.

Holy cow! These guys are AGGRESSIVE! I paid for a package hold, five minutes before “lunch” at 11 AM the front desk rep throws the sticky pad at me to write down my tracking #.Do we haha to get in a fist fight to get our packages now? Fire these people!

Why is it acceptable to put a box in front of a business's door that is closed? We have business hours. You people don't care BECAUSE, oh well Amazon will just have to eat it. USPS deserves to fail and all its employees be fired. Yes, all of you. Luckily a person walking by that lived down the street grabbed the box and emailed our company to let us know they have our box. No way it would have lasted until Monday. Garbage service with no accountability. Can't wait for USPS to die.

Pretty rude employee that works here. Normally, I don't feel the need to review a place, but Steve is incredibly rude and probably should work on his customer service skills. Never had such a negative interaction with any USPS, until him.

I closed my P.O. Box at the location and filled out a change of address form at the counter and gave it to an older man working behind the counter A month later I still had not received any mail . I come to find out they never put in my change of address and had sent all mail back to the senders . I found out you can do it yourself online in the future because you can not count on these guys to follow thru .

Seems the post office can't deliver a package and remember to leave a key when they leave it in the package locker. They have left packages on top of our mailboxes, on top of the package lockers, on the ground inside our gate and just laying on the ground by the mailboxes.3 days trying to get my package this time and, since they are closed on the weekend, it will be another couple of days.

Not sure what everyone’s problem is? They put a stamp on my box and sent it on its way. I didn’t get a back rub or a shoulder massage but I also didn’t expect one. They seemed to do their job as described. 5 out of 5 stars, will mail here again.

Packages delivered and left in front of our garage. We have no view to that area from the house so had no idea they were there. Anyone could have come by and taken them. If you aren’t leaving in a box or on the front porch at least ring the bell and get someone’s attention. It is a very short walk to the front door - why would it ever be ok to leave packages in a driveway?!?

Steven Dunn, the man who works here, is an absolute nightmare. He is rude, and sometimes downright mean. What's worse is that he seems to enjoy treating his customers this way. There have been many unpleasant interactions with him over the years but yesterday was an especially terrible display of customer service. My husband uses the PO box to receive packages as we have has issues with delivery and theft at our home. He went in to claim a package that had been delivered by UPS and per the tracking info, had been signed for by "Dunn" and left at the front counter. My husband told Steven that they said it had been delivered and his reply was "Who is they?" So then my husband explained that it was the tracking info. Then Steven asked for the tracking # and my husband told him it was UPS. Steven's replay to that was "that does me no good." To which my husband replied that he knew it wasn't helpful but that he had confirmation that the package had been delivered and was hoping Steven could help him locate it. Steven then went in the back to look, came back and told my husband that is wasn't there. My husband questioned this, trying to understand why he had tracking info that stated the package had been delivered, and Steven became confrontational, telling my husband that he could go in the back and look for himself if he didn't believe him. Of course my husband declined to do this, telling Steven that he trusts that he can use his eyes but that he still doesn't understand what happened to his package. Steven just shrugged and walked away. We have still not received our package.

The absolute worst human being working here. The old guy working tonight (august 24) has ZEROOOO MANNERS NO DECENCY. I went in to send a couple things. I was putting my items in one of those insulated/cushioned bags to send and he told me it would not fit (which it clearly would have) then continued to tell me that I would need to get a box..so then I put the stuff in the box and asked for tape to close it. He said you can buy tape (even though he had tape right behind him). So then I decided to pass on sending it out ..And I would just send my one envelope. And even with just sending the one letter out he made a big deal that I wasn't going to buy more stamps and just wanted to send that. So after he stamped the letter he left it on the counter didn't put it in the back where they normally do for it to go out and so I asked, "are you going to have that sent out" and he said "no you can put it in the mailbox yourself" and so I asked where is the mailbox and he pointed and said "it's right out there if you can see with your eyes". To that I finally had to say "you're an a******* and walked out. I pray you read this sir and turn to Jesus because you need Him in your life, it is very evident. Very sad to that so many people have zero respect for not only other humans in this day and age, but also zero respect for their jobs. You should be ashamed of how you treat people.

Go here to drop mail. Whatever else you have to do, just go to another location. The workers here are clueless. USPS at its finest.

I wouldn't normally leave a review especially one that does not reflect well on someone else but the man behind the counter was beyond rude. I can understand anyone having a bad day but this man in no way ever should be allowed to work with the public. I made the mistake of going in here again after the first time he did this to me a year ago. He made me extremely uncomfortable to begin with and it escalated from there. I ended up leaving with my packages in tears. (I'm not easily shaken) but I was stunned by his attitude. He went as far as throwing a sharpy pen at me twice. Never again will I go in there because I can let it go once but a second time a year later doesn't set well with me. The reason I gave one star is because I needed tape and it was available and reasonably priced.
