Destroyed my packaging and lost 8 out of 10 items my customer. I paid extra insurance on this shipment because it was more than their 100 base insurance.
I pay out of pocket to refund the customer and USPS won't honor the extra insurance I bought? Scummy.
Note: USPS noticed the box lost a bunch of contents, and delivered it anyways without any mention to the customer. When the customer went back into their post office the lady's recognized the box and even mentioned they thought it would be coming back in..

Why do I have to call an 800 number? why cant I just call my local post office and talk to a local person who can actually answer my question.

Called the listed number on USPS website and it wasn't in service. All I needed was a key for my mail box. Guess who will never get their mail? Me. Called the general number on the USPS website, no talking to a person there. I work 8 to 5 daily.

The Route carrier was to lazy to put my amazon delivery in the mail box so he decided to put it between mailboxes! Mail theft is worse and worse every year and the lack of energy and inexperience from the carrier(s) is unacceptable! What makes me more mad is that the package was small enough to fit in the mail box!

The employee Betty Rae is easily the most brash, condescending person I've ever met. She has no problem telling you to "stop having your parcels sent here" and asks you when you want to cancel your P.O box as a greeting instead of saying hello. The fact that, despite so many negative reviews about her, she still works there is mind-boggling.

Aviod the employee Betty rae. Maybe she didn't get her morning coffee. but there is no excuse to treat another human being like that. Lady, we all have issues! Don't bring them to work with you.

I have been on hold over an HOUR. To have my product re delivered because the carrier was too LAZY to get out of his car and walk LITERALLY a foot to my mail box to deliver my product. Because he has to get of his car and walk he did NOT deliver my product to my mail box and then put he or she could not reach my front door to deliver! Which is NOT true at all. Just completely LAZY of a carrier! Then I have to be on hold OVER AN HOUR to have it re delivered by the lazy carrier. Get it together post office. Moved from shadle to millwood and man post office in shadle area is on the ball. Millwood post office not even CLOSE!

Not what I consider good service. Went in with prestamped mail in a tub, needed a replacement tub or to take the same tub back. The woman at the counter refused, she told me I couldnt have the tub back either. Policy(what policy) is one thing but rudeness is another. I went to a different USPS location and exchanged my tub of mail for an empty tub.
