This is a small Post Office that you may miss if you're not careful. Haven't found anything they couldn't help me with yet. I dropped by to ask about an email I had received as I was suspicious it may be Spam fishing for personal information. I was pleased to find the Post Office employee here was able to quickly identify my email as Spam and showed me the very subtle identifiers that gave it away. Kudos to the Post Office employee for his knowledge and courtesy to take the time to help.

I live in an apartment. The mail box was full but someone was home and the office was open and accepting deliveries. They couldn't deliver even though every option was open. Lazy Mail man could have walked 10 ft to drop it off in the office. Also the receipt's for the items that were a failed delivery had the wrong codes. I couldn't track any of my packages through USPS even though it was the tracking number printed on the slip. Take forever to deliver and trying to contact them is a huge joke. When I call and get a human to talk to Instead of a robot that cant help me with anything that could be a start.

My biggest issue is the Zip Code.Our mailbox has been broken into almost a dozen times (thanks Camp Hope), so we first put our mail on hold, and then decided to get a PO Box. I fully admit I selected this location because it was the cheaper of the options available.When you arrive to finish the setup, you get this little slip of paper that tells you your number and how to open the box. No where on it does it say "By the way, your Zip Code will be 99215.".I go online and set up mail forwarding to have things sent here, and my mail is suddenly getting rejected. Call USPS Customer Service and eventually get told it's because my PO Box isn't in 99216, which is the Zip Code of the area the Post Office location it, it's 99215 which is connected to the boxes. Stupidest thing I'd heard all day.Only other issue I have, thought they had Saturday hours but guess not.

With the exception of one delivery person, this office is horrible. We have the best mail carrier you could ask for, however our parcels are constantly days late after they arrive here. Creepy dude working the counter and a strange vibe. 3 stars for our carrier only. Rarely can we expect delivery in a timely manner, especially on the weekends.

This post office is close to where I live and is always very convenient and helpful. The guy who works there all the time (I forget his name at this time, its not Dale) is always very polite and helpful.

Serving meals would be a noble cause if the USPS were already the best delivery system. I've lived at this address for 1-1/2 years, and I've had many issues with packages and my own meals not being delivered because the USPS Clerk insisted my correct address was Lane, not Road. It's road, not lane, Genius. IT'S ROAD...just like I told him, through my tears, when he snarkily said my mail would be returned to sender a year and a half ago. That one person caused A LOT of aggravation. IT'S ROAD!

We recently ordered a water cooler and our mailman refused to deliver it to our door or main office building, leaving a note that our mailbox is full. After contacting this post office 3 times to have it redelivered, the mailman started lying about attempts to deliver. We finally had to make contact with the USPS main office and get permission to go pick it up ourselves.

The man that is always there is the most worthless and lazy employee ever. I’ve only been to this location twice and got nothing good out of either time. He is not willing to help and acts like you are interrupting his day.....
