UTM is the worst place to go for a car they go against their word when they say they're going to do something and because they don't keep the word something wrong with the vehicle to fix it and make sure you're running it and then when you try to return the car to get your money back they will not do that deal to take ownership

They're just like all the other bigger fancier car lots hundreds of cars sit on their lot but only a handful for sale the rest just sit there and they claim that they're not going to sell them to people cuz they haven't been checked out because there are ministry and they don't want to sell a bad car to somebody what a cop out

Purchased a Ranger at Ugm after looking seriously at a couple of their cars. The staff is awesome and friendly all around, and they do full disclosures on everything, which means you won't drive home and find any defects that they haven't told you about. I'm hesitant to write this, because I feel that this dealer is such a hidden gem that it's hard to share it. Buy a car here worry free, and enjoy the confidence and security you feel driving a secondhand trusty steed. Thank you guys for being as awesome as you are, I look forward to driving my newly purchased ranger until it falls apart. UPDATE: Noticed a major crack on the frame that wasn't disclosed, definetly should've been. Will update after interacting with them and seeing what they can do for me. UPDATE 2: Full refund issued, much appreciated, thanks for doing the right thing. I'm sure I'll look here again once I've had a cooldown period.

Okay, this place gives Christianity a bad name. I was handed off to a salesman that put down every experience I had with buying and working on cars in my 70+ years and got somewhat combative when I asked about the cost and quality of UGM vehicles. Hey, they get cars and trucks DONATED. They fix them so they run and sell them for more than they're worth. Many of them have been driven well past their life expectancy.
Sorry, but this place is a scam hiding behind a Christian front.

I don If people don’t realize, but their prices are ridiculously outrageous. I’ve never seen prices like this in my life for garbage don’t ever come here. You might find a good car there, but you’ll have to pay three times as much you would anywhere else and not to mention how much you would have to pay on top of that for tax instead of their go to Mazz auto they cover all your license fees, your tax fees everything and if your car breaks down within a week, they’ll fix it for free. Yep, Mato on Trent.

Went in and everything started great. Had a super friendly and helpful sales guy (Kurt, I believe —tall, grey hair) who got me set up with a van I was looking to buy. Took it on a quick cruise and was interested.
When got back in, Kurt was busy so I started working with another guy (Ken, shorter + stouter). I expressed my interest in purchasing the vehicle, pending a third party inspection. When I mentioned that I would like my mechanic at Lloyd's on the South Hill. Ken's expression quickly changed and he became quite rude and told me they refused to work with Lloyd's because UGM's mechanic work was regularly not up to Lloyd's standards.
This refusal, paired with Ken's poor attitude about the subject, was a huge red flag to me and I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from here to proceed with caution. I would also encourage anyone on the South Hill in need of a mechanic to hit up Lloyd's; they're clearly doing something right.

Over the years I have supported the UGM program as a volunteer, mentor and even donated a vehicle that they flipped and made $1700 (got the tax stmt). Today I called UGM needing their help. My cars engine light came on and I was told it needed a new timing chain with a $1700 estimate. I am retired, on disability with very limited income. I cannot afford this. So I called UGM. What I was told shocked me! I explained my position and asked to speak to a mechanic. First I was told they do not have mechanics. Then told they will only work on cars they can resell and make money on. I supported UGM for many years but now that I need help UGM turned their back on me. Is this the Christian ideals that UGM stands for? Christian as long as UGM is profiting? I urge people to stop supporting UGM! Happy to take but giving back to those who have supported them is a different story! As for me, I will never have anything to do with this organization.
