By far my favorite salon I've been to. My girlfriend and I both got our hair cut by Sam, and she was everything we were looking for in a hairdresser. Super polite, friendly, and overall just very chill and relaxed. She recommended us some products based on our hair texture and what we wanted out of it, but wasn't too pushy unlike some other salons. The salon itself was also very clean and very nicely decorated, we will definitely be going back for any trims or new looks :)

I would rate this place below one star if possible; I went to True Colors Salon because I had a good experience in the past with a former stylist who recently moved out. The bad experience I am having now when 'Sam' colored my hair is much different from what I told her already. She is swaying from fixing it, and instead, she starts asking for more money. She has no professional manners, never has a sense of responsibility and accountability. I ended up having a different color than what I wanted and paid for!!!

When I lived in Spokane, and when I make my annual visit, this is the only place that I like to get my haircut. The ladies here are great and they do an excellent job. They even fixed a botched haircut I got at some other place in town. My picture is actually only a few days after they cut my hair.Service: Hairstyling
