I asked a family member if they know a good honest auto shop, he suggested Tony's auto. This was five years ago, and he was not wrong. Every time I've had engine issues Tony and Clay were friendly and have treated me square. On one occasion a repair was simpler then originally estimated. They were up front and honest, and adjusted the final bill considerably. If you are looking, then I highly suggest Tony's.

Tony's Collision is possibly the worst place to go if you need your car back in a timely manner. The man who runs the front desk, Clay, needs to be fired. He is strangely combative and assertive. I honestly don't know how you can treat a customer like that and still have business. I had to bring my car BACK to get it fixed from when the work was poorly done the first time- not to mention the first outing took well over 10 weeks. I waited that long, and then the "repairs" the team did had my car end up back in the shop. When I called and politely asked why my car was malfunctioning only a few weeks later, Clay bit my head off and was audibly upset we didn't go to him first when I mentioned the issues another mechanic pointed out to me. Dude needs to work on his customer service voice. Anyway, I ended up having to pay MORE money than I would have had to if I went somewhere else, because the mechanics didn't seem to know how to do a simple alignment.

We have been using Tony’s for years. They are honest, friendly, professional and do great work. It is the only place we take our vehicles. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with Tony's attention to detail and honesty with my recent car repair. They finished my car in a timely manner and were affordable. They recommended immediate necessities as well as long term maintenance without feeling pressured. I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I dropped off our Yukon with no idea what work was needed. Tony's was able to diagnose multiple issues, but never pressured us to fix them all at once. They let us know which things were most important and should be done sooner than later as well as what we could definitely do down the road to help extend the life of our vehicle. They also told us it would be done the same day and it was. Great 1st experience.

I have been going here the past couple of years. Tony and his staff are very honest and hardworking. They are professional and have always fixed my car and fast. Today I took my car in for an oil change and a tune up. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.

I've been going to Tony's for over 10 years, ever since I bought my first car. Tony & Clay are professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. If I have an issue arise, I can trust that my car will be repaired properly & for a great price. I moved across Spokane to the northside a few years ago, but refuse to take my car anywhere other than Tony's. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop to get repairs done, give them a call.

Clay, sadly he was the one to "inspect" my truck told me my brakes I specifically asked to have replaced in full, as I have to every spring (resurfaced, new pads, calipers) told me my brakes look "totally fine" Drove it home from the shop brakes failed pulling into my driveway. Front caliper exploded fluid everywhere. Poor quality service
