I went today and could not carry home all I wanted, wish they had one of those little red wagons for sale, I would have bought that!! Staff is totally cool, prices are great, white tags are discounted today. I really do go once a week, I encourage all to go and see for yourself!!”

13721 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley“Goodwill industries is the best place to shop but also the best place to donate. Each donation goes back into programs that help the homeless to be homed and to become independent. So no matter which Goodwill we shop at or Donate to, you know that what you give or buy goes to a great cause.”
“My first time going today and I loved it! The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the mission is fabulous! I got my membership and look forward to hitting it up quite often! I got like 40 items today! Loved the concept!”
“Solid thrift store, decent prices, interesting items. Plenty of furniture and clothing and tools. Would rather shop here than the stores that mark up their prices.
4 stars due to heavy religious theming- music and book selections and they were playing an angry preacher on one of the days I went in.
Still, good spot!”
“Staff is super kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and organized. Prices are sort of a joke, though, it feels like they’re getting too big for their britches. I still go weekly, though!”

12213 East Trent Avenue, 4507 W Wellesley Ave, Spokane Valley“So I will update this review. I have become fond of the North location and their staff. Their pricing has evened out and they will wiggle on some things. The Sprague location is knocking a star off. There is a blonde gal in there who is less than pleasant to deal with and won't give you a straight answer regarding pricing, then when you offer a price she makes a big deal about terrible your offer is. Well... I did ask you a price and you asked me what I wanted to pay. Don't make me feel like the bad guy. Learn to price your items. ”
“A lot to look at! They also have fitting rooms to try on clothes. A kids section, housewares, furniture, etc. The staff working here were sweet, store was clean/organized and priced to help the cause. I guess they have color tag sales too! My sister said it's one of her favorite thrift store.”
