I’ve been really lucky to have had great physical therapists and Therapeutic Associates Evergreen is a perfect example. A few things that make this pt stand out are the employees at the front desk. They don’t just check you in and ignore you until you’re called back. They actually chat with you and have fun doing it. I have always felt welcomed and that they are happy to have me. The front desk also assist with the exercises so they are involved in my recovery. This really does make a difference in feeling as if the whole office is part of my pt team.After my first week of exercising at home, I gave them feedback on which exercises I liked and which ones I had difficulty finishing. With some other pt’s, I get a nod and encouragement to keep at it. Here, they listened and adjusted my exercises. This made a huge difference in my pain and swelling. It’s such a supportive attitude here, I can’t express how important this was to me.A few more features to add. The stretchy bands to do the exercises at home, TAI (Therapeutic Associates Evergreen) provided them for me! I was shocked. Usually I’m on Amazon getting new bands, but they gave them to me. My pt Jim. Hear his laugh once and you’ll never forget it. He listens, explains about injury and recovery in an easy to understand way, as well as makes you feel very comfortable. My Dr. recommended him and I’m really happy to have met him.Finally, they have candy at the front desk. Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that show how you feel about your patients. They don’t need to do this, but it’s that little extra effort to make us feel welcome and appreciated. I absolutely recommend them if you need physical therapy.

Spencer and team are excellent! In just a few sessions they provided helpful exercises which have reduced my lower back pain. Very focused on listening to your complaint and finding core strengthening procedures. Recommend highly.

I've been going to Therapeutic Associates for a few years now. I've been treated for knee replacements, shoulder injuries, and Achillies tendon issues. I've always received the best professional care. I have referred family and friends. I highly recommend them.
