What a great experience! Our salesperson, Tyler was awesome! Not pushy, knowledgeable and informative as well as being very pleasant to work with. If you are ever in the market for a Subaru I very highly recommend Tyler at AutoNation at Appleway Subaru, you won’t be disappointed! I bought the cross rails for my Wilderness and Tyler even helped me put them on and was as picky as I was about installing correctly! Tyler made the experience very pleasurable.

I leased a 2019 Crosstrek and the staff everyone was great to work with. Jan. 2023 i took it in for the 60k service. The service department was understaffed during the Holidays didn’t return my 3 phone messages. Once I did get an answer I was scheduled quickly. They didn’t try to pressure me or tell me some crazy services I would NEED like the other guys did when I called that dealership downtown.
One bad was after a review of my bill there was a hidden shop service fee! Wtf is that!! We have to pay a fee to have them use the shop to fix our cars?
Kinda like a Doc fee when you buy a car! It was not disclosed at the time I booked. It was a small fee but it added up!

Their customer service is not up to par. Very rude people. I do not recommend going here. The salesmen push you into vehicles even tho you don’t like them. Then they get mad when you want to test drive something else.

I scheduled a Maintenance service on my Forrester Sport on a Saturday at the DT location , upon arrival I was told the DT location does not honor pre paid purchased service changes through Auto Nation so I had to reschedule my service. Already very angry with the whole situation I called Auto Nation to see if I could get in same day and Steve at Subaru got me in right away , na waiting ! He was very nice and accommodating to my needs for same day service . I will no longer go to Subaru Dt for they are not really in relation with Auto Nation …..I had amazing customer service at Auto Nation & will go through them from now on !! Great people 5 star service.

I had never had a brand new car I went to Autonation because I knew I wanted a Subaru. Tyler was the best ... very helpful knowledgeable and professional. On our first trip in my new Outback we got a rock in my windshield. We took it in and less than a week we were all fixed up. At our 1st oil change and service Brandon was awesome ...my name on the board was misspelled He changed it just because. It isn't the big things in life that matter the most to me its the common decency & kindness that people have for others! Best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! Highest praise to all at Valley Auto Nation Thx guys!!

Courteous and respectful staff! The waiting room is spotless as well as the restrooms! The young man who checked me in was very personable, respectful and kind. He came out and kept me apprised of the progress on my Outback! They even hand washed my car for free and she looked beautiful.
