Was quoted $360 for a 2 bedroom mobile! Guy shows up and says we have to pay an extra $60 for a 10x6 area! Our whole house is only 1320 s.f.! Not everything is carpet! Called and argued, gave the nice kid a cash tip and yokd him to leave! These people suck!!!

Extremely happy once again with the job Stanley Steemers did! David showed up on time, explained the duct cleaning service he was doing and the Dryer cleaning service. Very professional and friendly. I was amazed how much dust and "other things " were in my ducts. First time I have tried this service. This is why I only use Stanley Steemers! Thanks David and to owner Eric. You've got my business!! Just had Erik and Chauncey clean my carpets again! What an amazing job they did!! Very happy!!!

In the past.. I have always had a great experience...This vintage sofa is in my office in a basement... It has been cleaned before and come out beautifully (before i bought it) ...couple of years of 9 grandkids, and it needs a good cleaning lolCalled and scheduled for a Friday... Very clearly informed the lady that it was about 100 feet from the street and did NOT want to have a portable unit used...I resell vintage and have dealt with a sofa or two, lol..So..Cleaner gets here...tells me its a no on the truck cleaner AND he didnt have a portable on him..He came back the next morning and THIS is what i got for a discounted price of $160!!??His card reader didn't work, so they emailed a statement...I was not present when the couch was being cleaned (a friend was)Not only did it not come clean at all.. it is crunchy, and he pulled a button out from its tuft

Horrible attitudes! The guy that came to my house was SO pushy and rude! Not to mention did a horrible job on my house. I seriously don’t know how this company has survived treating its customers the way that they do. I would never use again, even if it was free and they were nice. They obviously don’t know what the hell they are doing. Save your money and go with someone who can actually do a good job.

I could have done a better job myself renting a machine. After the carpet had dried, the carpet was "stiff-sticky" so I got out my vacuum cleaner and vacuumed. I had to empty the dirt cannister twice with all the dirt and dog hair (a short hair dog) I pulled up and that was just from one of the bedrooms. So much for thinking I was hiring the best. It will be my pleasure to spread the word - DO NOT hire Stanley Steemer unless your carpet is brand new and/or already been cleaned by someone else. We wanted to have a couple mattresses and some furniture pillows sanitized. Our Admin Assistant reached out the 1-800 number on Thu Apr 6/23 and a lady who was taking our phone call was very rude, not delivering the information we required, even we were trying to explain what service our company needed. Again, in order to have the estimate, we reached out and left a voicemail asking for the estimate for the sanitizing service. Five days later, we have not heard anything from them. 1st red flag!Again, 5 day later, and considering there are not many options to make a choice in Spokane, WA, I decided to call them one more time. This time was "Cody" the representative who took our phone call, the experience was kind of the same, rude, I had to ask if there were any special requirement for them to have the service made (i.e. permits from property management to run hoses, etc.), I had to ask him because he was not really accurate with the information, and even expecting to have a formal estimate sent by email, he just said how much the service was. 2nd red flag.I felt that it was enough for me to be interacting with a company that does not even take care of the way their representatives are addressing to the customers.

The people that came today were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing so I am going to say this type of cleaning does not work. The first picture is of after they cleaned. The second is after I went over it with my home carpet cleaner after they left. It is significantly cleaner, but I will have to clean it a few more times.The last picture is of the water after they cleaned. It was black so obviously this carpet cleaning methos does not work and I'll have to either do it myself or get a chem dry carpet cleaning. Sad because I was trying to either not have to do it myself or save some money. However this cleaning was a huge fail.Service: General carpet cleaning

We had an ice dam at our house which caused a great amount of water to flood into our attic, through the main floor and into the crawl space. Our carpets had over an inch of standing water, the crawl space had 3-4 inches in the area of the leak and water continued to pour down the interior walls. Insurance company recommended Stanley Steam. Two trucks arrive 48 hours after my call. Looking at the disaster their first step was to take moisture readings on the walls. Step two, ask if they can borrow a ladder to look into the attic. Step three go into the crawl space and look at the 3-4 inches of standing water. Step four clearly state that we have a ice dam causing the water to flood our house. Now they procedure to take pictures and document the disaster. 4 hours later they state they need to call my insurance company for direction. They call and state they will now leave and wait for further direction from the insurance carrier. Our house is overflowing with water, and they do nothing to assist us in the clean up. I tell them I will personally pay for their help with a credit card. They state they will write up an estimate and leave. I called my insurance agent and he too is upset with Stanley Steamer. STANLEY STEAMER is not a water restoration provider. In the following 2-3 days the ice dam melted, we ourselves cleaned and dried out the house and now over a month later I'm still waiting for Stanley Steamer for a follow up call. DO NOT USE STANELY STEAMER. Not only are they not qualified they have extremely poor response and customer servesDarryl F, the name is Kevin not Emily. Par for the course.

Stanley Steemer cleaned carpets for me twice over the last 90 days. Joe H. has been my technician both times. He is very professional and a good representative of Stanley Steamer. He took the time to go over the job with me and explain what he was going to do, he set expectations, then he went over the job with me when he was finished.
