I have never had such great service before as I have with Spokane Valley insurance. They have been friendly and helpful when it comes to answering my questions and helping me when there was a problem. I'm not easy to impress but they have impressed me with their friendly help.

I asked very clearly and verily kindly to have my payments taken out On a certain Week of each month which unfortunately never happened once. It caused me to take time off of work five separate days to try to handle the situation. Mind you I work five 10 hour shifts a week so not easy to just take time off and come in. Long story short I went 3 months without knowing I didn't have insurance or a debt that was owed. Which almost caused me to go to collections the day of finding out. Needless to say, this company in my view is unprofessional and couldn't listen to simple instructions. It cost me time money and now I have no insurance. The lady behind the desk seemed to not care about the debt and was more worried about getting me another policy with them. Why would I do that when you cause me so much heartache.

There is good and bad with Spokane Valley Insurance. Amanda was very helpful setting us up originally with insurance when she was at a previous agency.They don't have any way to invoice for General Liability and the only way that we found out that we owed anything was from the collection agency from the actual insurance company. Asking why we didn't receive notice or an invoice - they don't invoice.We canceled with them this year on a partial year. Now they have collected the total amount of the previous year and want 1/3 more than the previous year for about 2/3rds of the year.If you are getting General Liability find out all the facts at the beginning of whether they invoice or how they will be notifying you of amounts owing. We don't do collections and pay our bills on time, this was a game changer for us after 3 years of collection calls or threats of collection due to no notifications of amounts owing.

Michelle was outstanding to work with. I hope i will see a change In premiums. A few acts of God State Farm has dropped me. This being out of my hands my family suffers. In this elevated cost of living,fuel prises and taxes is tough. Hopefully it all works out God bless.
