Great experience at Wallaroos. Kade is truly the only reason we went with them, we shopped around a bit before going to wallaroos and her costumer service was fantastic, she walked us around and was very knowledgeable of all the furniture she showed us. Ended up getting a couch set from there because of her.

Kade was super nice and friendly when we walked in the store. She made me and my family feel welcomed and helped us look for the best options on their furniture for my sister in-law who is pregnant and wanted a specific couch for comfort while pregnant and after pregnancy.
They have super good discounts too so if you’re looking into getting something comfortable and affordable I recommend Wallaroos in the Valley!

**Update** Although I stand by my original review of the customer service, which is outstanding, I am very disappointed that they don’t back up their quality with any warranty. To sell something that is supposedly best in the industry quality and not back it up with a manufacturer warranty is ludicrous. I now am the owner of an “indestructible” sofa with the defect that I just have to deal with. I haven’t even finished paying for it ?
From purchasing my sofas to ordering a replacement cushion after my cat decided to use one as a potty, Wallaroo’s has been exceptional. The furniture is very high quality and the customer service matches that quality. I’m sure I will be shopping with them in the future.
