Horrible service and refuse to give me a refund, gets smart about saying he don’t have to refund me then hassle me about taking multiple pics. I’ve send him all sides of my truck. On top of that I ripped his sign off my door and showed him the replacements. He Expects a truck driver to keep stopping on the interstate taking pics. When he can just simply refund for bad services for unsatisfactory and he also gave me a deformed “S” and blamed every mistake on the graphic designer When he is the one who prints it. He will not accept his wrong so why would i trust his word. Instead of being an honest business man and refunding his client first and admitting his wrong, he will give you The run around, hassle you, and lie about his mistake right in his eyes, He also made two signs that only go on the right side of my door and blamed that on me as well. Stay away from the scam! He has no integrity.

1st let me say there is no one better at his craft than Andrey (the owner)He worked with me from Georgia to get a Fleet of company car logos done. There is no one more knowledgeable or easier to work with. We coordinated 12 cars , 3 trucks, and a trailer with a mini van inside to get logos added. We communicated on the phone and via email to set this all up.I sent a file he was able to get my company logo done and ready even sending me pictures before i left the state to make sure we were on the same page. I was then able to then fly into the city and start bringing the units over to him Andrey had the logos cut and ready. He completed this task allowing me to fly back out in a timely manner. Super Fast turnover time.A word about his knowledge in his field, he can let you know types of vinyl, construction of vinyl , manufacturing of vinyl , Just a wealth of information. He is one of the rare people that actually love the job and yes he needs to make money to stay open but he truly loves seeing the finished product. Plus Andrey is just a great guy to hang out with , we cut up and chatted all day as he was working on all the fleet vehicles. I could not have picked a better shop to do this work and now that he has the design we will contact Andrey to mail us the logos for all the unit we will purchase in the future. YES, he is that good!!! By the way the pictures in no way do the work justice.

Andrey was such a pleasure to work with! Not only is he really patient (I am a perfectionist so I kept changing minor details) but he brought my vision of what I wanted the signs on my business to look like a reality. He's also very honest which I appreciate. Great customer service, great work, great prices. Don't waste your time looking for a different company use Andrey!
