I used to like to shop at ross but it seems like there's not much to choose from and is very messi and I think it's crazy that you can't take a basket outside. I feel bad for the young Mother's that have children that buy things because they can't push a basket out. It really makes it difficult.

Lady tried to tell me they've never given cash back under 20 bucks for returns. Idc who u think you are or how long u have worked there it was a widely known and used policy with everyone. Please do your research before popping off at the mouth
Elderly lady here at the Broadway Ross claiming 60 years old with 2 yrs under her belt and a younger 35ish claiming 4 yrs. Neither of ya knew the police because you'd rather be right than actually look it up!!!!! I'm 60 I know what I'm talking about and that's final. Good grief you guys need to learn that you don't know everything same with the 30 something yr Olds. Absolutely the worst customer service when u tell your customer their basically a liar.
Grow up say ya know I'm not 100% on that but I'll check...and then admit when your wrong all the good people do....photo of Google info backing me not them in photos.

Staff are usually always kind and helpful. Was more organized this time than I remember it being the last time I went there. Customers like to leave their trash behind while shopping, pretty rude of you SHOPPERS. Boys shoes are a hit or miss but the hits are awesome!

Seemed like the store was a little bare when we walked in, but we were able to find everything we wanted. Seemed short staffed, had to wait for someone to open the restroom door, a minor inconvenience. Convient parking.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I used to work here and I was employed for about 9 months before I put in my two weeks. This ross overworks their minors and gives them roughly 38 hours even in school, they do not follow the labor laws and they don't care about their employees. It is a horrible environment to be in. Meaning the associates talk bad about ex associates when they were no longer employed. They do not care about your well being. Their store is dirty and they think that they can do anything that they want. They abuse their power as a manager and also put on a fake face for HR managers. They hire so many people but they don't have the payroll to support paying their employees. If they don't overwork you they cut your hours and the maximum hours you get is about 12. They have you work until 12 to 1 in the morning even if you're a minor. They close the bathrooms super early when they are not supposed to. DO NOT WORK HERE BECAUSE IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NIW IT IS NOTHING LIKE THEY SAY IT IS. THEY ABUSE THEIR POWER AND NEGLECT THEIR EMPLOYEES.

In my opinion it's a horrible store! Extremely poor customer service. Cashiers are rude and condescending to me the store is very depressing. I will no longer be shopping there. I gave it a few tries and I felt disgusted and disappointed every time

It's okay, not as good of a selection as usual. Mainly I don't like their fitting rooms policy as heard from an employee there... Try 5 items on,get back in line. I understand theft is high but when you only have 2 fitting rooms open and people can't switch out it seems like a little much. What happened to the fitting rooms in the back where we could get a tag with the number of things you were trying? I liked that better and it made you feel like a valued customer.

This review isn't necessarily about Ross Dress. I haven't shopped there for years. I didn't like the environment, the people that worked there were rude. That does not mean that they haven't changed. I wouldn't know. I'm only writing this review because I was in the parking lot of the strip mall that Ross is located in. But, I was there to shop at Michaels. Google picked it up and keeps asking me for a review and I can't figure out how to tell it I wasn't there, lol.
