Absolutely disgusted with their quality of service.Have a refill request put in over a week ago, they never call the Dr for a refill and so I had to get the Dr to push a refill order through as URGENT 2 days ago and im still waiting for them to fill it.Not the first time they never got a refill in and made me wait almost 2wks for a refill. Inexcusable.

This rite aid is absolutely horrible, the management team for there pharmacy is rude and they tell you different times your prescription will be filled to the point your waiting there for over 9 hrs to get your prescription filled after a surgery if you live out of town. Then only get half of the antibiotics that were prescribed. By far the worst place I have ever been to and will not be coming back. If anyone needs the corporate complaint number I’d be gladly to give it to you. They either need to fire there managers and get new ones or there going to lose tons of business

Prescriptions were dropped off at 6 pm. I was told one would be ready at 7:30 the second at 9:30. I drove through the drive thru at 9:35 and guess what?? Neither one was filled. Employee tried to make an excuse that they didn’t have my insurance, so they can’t fill my prescriptions . I said what if I wanted to pay cash?? She said they would now fill them, but come back at midnight. Um NO! I leave for work at 5 am. My boyfriend said that we would just wait at the drive thru until they finished filling the prescriptions to which they replied that they are calling the Police on us!My boyfriend had a tooth pulled that had become infected. The prescriptions were for an antibiotic and something for pain. The whole side of his face was swollen so making it obvious that there was a need for medication. Why does Rite Aid get to affect our health in a negative way with absolutely no repercussions, and yet we are threatened by them with calling the Police if we beg for them to fill prescriptions?? This is absolutely crazy and I felt like I was in an episode of the twilight zone or Edgar Allen Poe’s “ The System of Dr Tarr and Professor Feather.” Doesn’t anybody do their job anymore?? My BF works long hours out of state most days and covers extra shifts when his work needs him and that is why his tooth got so bad. This last month he drove through snow storms 5 mile visibility, -45 degrees chaining up, a windstorm that nearly blew his truck over, all so goods could be delivered to people who needed them. Wish Rite Aid employees had a quarter of the work ethic this man has. Now he leaves in the early dawn hours with an infection in his jaw, nothing for pain last night and he will pull a 14 hour day.

This is by far the worse pharmacy I’ve ever been too, the customer service is bad as it gets. They take their sweet time and not even nice about it. They NEVER answer the phone.

Choosing "Pharmacy" from the phone menu led to a lot of ringing then getting sent back to the same menu. WTH.Edit with much-belated update: so I had already told them everything they needed to know so that they could solve this issue, and they replied with boilerplate suggesting I contact their customer service. I'm not going to do that, I'm no longer interested in dealing with Rite Aid. Having unanswered calls go at least to voicemail is extremely basic customer service.

Worst rite aid in the world will never go here again. The pharmacy wouldn’t even bother to help me like every other pharmacy does and when I explained to them I needed to use the phone to call my wife because my phone died and my vertigo was so bad I couldn’t drive home safely I repeatly asked trying to get help but the did not care about someone safety or wellbeing. I hope this place gets shut down

This is the worse customer service possible! They never answer their phone!Take lunch breaks in the middle of the day and completely close the pharmacy that advertise open 24/7?They always use the excuse short staffed for the last 2 years. Well, you should have figured it out by now how to higher and retain good staff.. not rocket science for good leadership..Maybe that is the issue, they need new leadership! Corp need to engage in this store and get it actually operational the excuse in the reply are always we are working to resolve well it doesn't take months or years to resolve! Quit giving excuses! The staff they do have are polite but again hardly any staff!

Absolutely awful experience. I’m officially never using rite aide services again. I had an early morning surgery. That was very very extensive. The surgeon sent the prescription at 7 am due to the fact I had a 3 hour drive home. We go to pick it up at 1. And they are unable to fulfill the prescription supposedly because of the doctor not sending a “code”. I then call my surgeons office and they have no idea what code the pharmacy is referring too but they immediately call to get it situated out because like I said we have a 3 hour drive home and I needed my pain meds. We end up waiting an additional hour, the rite aid hadn’t answered the doctors phone call, and saw that they had a voicemail. Which is my surgeon explaining my diagnosis. After which the rite aid is still unable to fulfill the prescription and we have wasted two extra two hours in Spokane instead of driving home. We eventually canceled the prescription and got it sent to a different pharmacy which had zero problems filling the prescription. The customer service was awful and they were incredibly rude and disorganized in my opinion. I am so offput from this experience I no longer want to use rite aid pharmacies ever again.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I call to see if childs prescription was ready after surgery. Automated services said said i was 4th caller. 45 min lateri was the 1st caller 3 hrs later i was still on hold when i went the pharmacy it still wasnt ready. I asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one while the manager stoid behind ignoring the situation. Only after i said i wasnt leaving until a manager came did she speak up. This place never has the dive tru open, never answers their customer calls and lacks professionals.

So tired of them telling me my prescription will be ready at an exact time, so I drive down there a few hours after just in case and it was STILL not ready. This has happened over 4 times now, where the dumb automatic message will tell me it will be ready, and then I get told it will take another 5+ hours after driving down there. Stop using robots on your phone and maybe people wouldn't be so frustrated. I know people are rude on the phone at times but it is your job with customer service!

They are super short staffed in the pharmecy, totally understandable. I waited an hour and a half over the phone to no answer. I decided to drive over to see if my prescription was ready, upon arrival I realized there was only one gal working the pharmecy. My prescription was not ready, but her attitude was great and she was nice enough to get it ready for me quickly. Thank you for going out of your way for me! I appreciate the pharmecy staff.

Most of the people I have encountered at Riteaid have been friendly happy knowledgeable people who try to make sure that I am happy to be there and that I am happy with my purchase!!!

I am LIVID! The drive through was closed today due to understaffing. So two times I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes EACH. The first time I did because no one would answer the phone and I had to wait in line just to be told my prescription is not filled yet. So I go back when it was and waited in line again for a very long time. I was in excruciating pain, nearly doubled over and I was next in line. I couldn’t wait to grab my one prescription and be off to home where I am can rest. There was a lady on the other side of the isle that just formed her own line even though there is a designated line to stand in, that we all had been waiting rather patiently in. Might I mention the lady who had formed her own line wasn’t there for long. The staff member gets back and calls the lady up from the other side who formed her own line. I am a really understanding person and rather patient. But when you deny your customers a service some of them need due to pain (the drive through) and then staff members just follow their own rules and invite whoever they want up next, it’s not great for business!2 recommendations here:1. Fix your understaffing problem2. Train your employees to read the damn room and know how lines work.
