We go to Red Wing twice a year to get worked boots for my spouse. He gets a voucher to cover partial costs. We weren't sure what the stipulations were and they were able to look up what was qualified and helped us find exactly what he was looking for and more.

Had a problem with my shoe, the inside back.Heel started to come apart on the inside, took the shoes back to get fixed.They just gave me a new pair.Said it must be a defective problem.They've had a couple, and so I bought another pair
