Zack has always went above and beyond for us. The first time he came out to our home he came on his day off cause we had just moved into our home and traveled over 500 miles just to get there and realized we had a water issue the second we got there we called Raptor Rooted they sent out Zack and he came out on his day off just to help he went to the store and got the parts we needed to get our water back up and running in no time. Today when he showed up he did everything in his power to help and unfortunately it was beyond what he could do but sent us to the people that could help fix the problem for us. Thanks Zach we will always use Raptor Rooter in the future

We had Raptor Rooter out to our house twice this week: once for an estimate to replace our old, broken water heater, and then again a couple days later to actually do the work. The estimate was very fair for everything we were getting, and I was pleased with their overall service. David has helped us both times, and I felt very confident in his abilities and what he was telling me from the moment he started talking to me. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want, and I felt like he absolutely knew what he was talking about and would take good care of my needs. He and Brason came out today to do the water heater replacement, and they were punctual, had everything they needed, and they stayed true to the estimate. We purchased the Raptor Titanium membership plan, and for what we're getting, it's going to be absolutely worth it. We're so happy to have hot showers again and to be joining the Raptor Rooter family!

We had our plumbing back up this morning. Husband called Rapture Rooter & Plumbing. First time ever using them and we knew nothing about the company. A gentleman named Joseph came out. Assessed the issue, gave me two options with what he thinks is going on and told me the cost up front. I went with the first and better option. And Joseph got it done. He was here for a while, but was able to unplug the lines and got it all cleaned out. And suggested an idea on what to do to help prevent this from happening again. He was courteous, polite and very professional. I want to send a huge THANK YOU for Joseph and his work he did fixing our clogged pipes. Thank you Rapture Rooter and Joseph!! I will always use them and recommend them to anyone else!!!! Thank you

David called to ask if it was ok to show up a few minutes early, I told him absolutely, I appreciated the call to give me the option to say yes or no. He was very courteous showed excellent professionalism and knowledge, he explained why I was having the issue with my toilet.David also answer my none service call Related Plumbing questions as well.This kid is a Class Act and his work ethic unfortunately is a dying art form with (some) of our younger working generation.Nevertheless job well done ,good conversation and reasonable pricingA++++

Our initial experience with Raptor Plumbing began at the call for help. The office staff was compassionate to our immediate needs with a backed up kitchen drain. Calem and his intern came into our home with absolute respect to our hardwood flooring. They immediately walked me through the good and the ugly of a possible broken pipe they attempted to snake the drain to no avail and spoke to the insurance company for 20 minutes on our behalf. Left us with a restoration company contact and a sense of knowing we are in good hands. This is an expensive fix that normally I would be a wreck over but with Calem’s gentle guidance I’m feeling ok about next steps. Raptor rooter provided excellent 5 star customer service. I am grateful to them and extend my biggest thanks.
