“I just wanted to say that I switched pharmacies because there would be times my old pharmacy would tell me the script was ready and went to pick it up and they tell me they're out and need to wait 3 days for pick up. Walmart always calls and tells me if something is up and that they're doing their best to fill it as far as calling my Dr and giving me generic just to make sure I don't go without. They have been awesome and I truly appreciate the fact the actually care about their customers and go out of their way to call and let you know what's going on. I have been very happy with them recently and appreciate their hard work and keeping me in the loop.”

“They are often busy yes. but I've found that at most pharmacies. they have dealt with less staff but I feel like that's a temporary thing that most places all over are dealing with. I've had conversations with some of the staff about it and they aren't pleased with that either. but again, this is basically everywhere rt now. hopefully it changes and they are less busy again some day. but i find their customer service worth the wait...they go out of their way every single time to meet my families needs. make time for us for shots, med refills, questions. I have gone here for years and I find them to go above and beyond most times. sometimes I just have to wait like everyone else and something isn't perfectly done. but I guess I think of it like we are all human and there will always be room for error. what I see is them consistently doing a phenomenal job.”
“I just wanted to give kudos to Hunter. A very nice young man with a big smile and very helpful. I asked for his name as I wanted to let his manager know. ? He said if I was going to that I should do it so I would be entered into a drawing. Well that was so frustrating I gave up on it! They are lucky to have hunter.”

“Had a great experience at the Pines/Sprague Walgreens. Prescription was filled rapidly after being sent in from the physician and the pharmacist was super knowledgeable about the medication. Entire staff was very friendly and professional.”
“They are super short staffed in the pharmecy, totally understandable. I waited an hour and a half over the phone to no answer. I decided to drive over to see if my prescription was ready, upon arrival I realized there was only one gal working the pharmecy. My prescription was not ready, but her attitude was great and she was nice enough to get it ready for me quickly. Thank you for going out of your way for me! I appreciate the pharmecy staff.”
