I’ve been taking my dog here for years.. they wouldn’t do a nail trim unless I made my dog get shots and this wasn’t discussed prior to the appointment….I’m tired of the upselling for shots they always try to push on me. Also don’t waste peoples time and have them show up for an appointment and then deny them service because all of a sudden you think they need a shot. Horrible business practices.

Very caring & love every animal that comes in as much as the pet parents do.

The staff are always friendly and compassionate. I appreciate that they did their best to reduce the overall cost of my visit by eliminating tests and procedures of lesser priority. My household finances are tight presently, and it helped immensely.

The only place we have taken our small dog and we are beyond grateful to have found them over 15 years ago! The best veterinarian services ever!

Finding a poultry vet isn't easy. I appreciate that I could get my hen in within 27 hours after I called. The staff, from front end, to back office were all nice. The vet tech that roomed my Hen let me know this was her first chicken visit, it was nice knowing that so I could assist with getting my hen on the scale. I appreciate the time the vet took in looking up Lash Egg treatment and explaining the next steps.

Pet Vet provides high-quality, thoughtful care for our dogs. It's rare to find someone who cares just as much for your dogs as you do, but Pet Vet has always been a loving and intentional advocate that goes above and beyond. Our dog has a chronic illness, but the vet is his favorite place! We love Pet Vet!

I was stunned to receive a quote for spaying and dew claw removal indicating a cost between $1,850 and $2,150. For comparison, a spay for my 14lb dog is $165 at Spokanimal and the clinic I made an appointment with charges $190. Dew claws are extra but not $1800 extra. Get a quote before you let them do anything to your pet friend, the price gouging is extreme - beyond anything I could have even imagined. The person who handed me the quote said "we are a little expensive". You think? She then suggested I could have the services performed for $700 at another clinic she could recommend. Unbelievable.

I was very impressed with our Pet Vet experience. My pup was very scared and you all did so well with her. The follow up was nice too.

This was the only location I could find that took exotic pets, which is a win! Once we walked in, both receptionists were friendly and excited about our leopard gecko. The vet assistance and vet both took their time with us, asked questions, and offered suggestions to ensure that our little girl has everything she needs. It was a positive experience for everybody!

Okay here we go. I went to them for a while for dog care. Staff were hit or miss for friendliness. Vets felt overall dismissive but did take time to answer questions. But man, they must just want more money. My dog is a 9 year old shepherd. They said I only needed to do blood work once for his medication and then I could wave it. I literally do not have time or money for a $150+ blood test twice a year. They kept saying I could wave it (I called twice to check) but when I showed up they said the vet changed her mind. I had to drive 40 minutes one way from my home for them to tell me that. They would only give me two weeks of his medications and said it was because he was "too young" (right after saying he needed to be on senior food, lol). The front desk lady said that it was "state law" and when I told her that was not correct, she said "hmph." They also wouldn't give my other dog his quality of life meds because they said they needed an exam (he was seen like less than 6 months ago). So great, I had to find another vet that worked with me and had some damn empathy towards the financial crisis that affects me and many other people trying to get their dogs care. Beware. Good luck. Call around.

I travel 2 1/2 hrs to come to this vet. Only place I will go now! My pups are seen regularly for yearly exams and recently for separation anxiety. They really care about your pets! ?

When I always bring my dog to pet vet , they always make us feel welcomed and help in any way to make the visits much more comfortable for our boy.
