Went in for a slow leak. They quickly got to my car and identified that there was small nail in my tire. They made the repair and told me there would not be a charge. I will return and continue to do business here. Quick, friendly and affordable!

I don’t recommend taking any vehicle here for anything other than an oil change and tire rotation. We left with more problems than we brought the vehicles in for, I spent $500 on problems that they didn’t know how to fix, and left with the problems still not resolved. Personally I felt there was a lack of knowledge in the staff I dealt with along with no customer service. Basically left the shop and they said they didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle but it stopped doing the issue so I could go. We did have a relatively positive experience with Richard so if you have the opportunity to deal with him, I recommend him over the other staff.

I had a great experience with these guys. I did my own engine rebuild, but needed a little help with wrapping it up. They diagnosed a bad clutch throwout bearing and were able to replace it for me at a very reasonable price. They also tuned up my timing and valves, and made it run much smoother than before I brought it in. I had them do some other work for me as well, and could not be happier!

Had the best customer service, came by with a flat tire, they got me in and fixed it so fast within 30 minutes!! Definitely recommend them! Excellent job!

Did a summer/winter tire swap with brake check, etc. Quick turnaround and honest evaluation of my car, (they didn't try to upsell me for anything. ) Very friendly and professional. Took the time to be sure they understood what I wanted done. Excellent shop! I trust them to be honest, fair, and do excellent work. Highly recommend them!

We took our toyota van to the dealership and a local shop that has three letters in its name before bringing it to Perfection. The dealership said the issue was a timing chain, the other shop said it was a CV boot. Richard, Justin and Tyler found the actual problem which was engine mounts that needed to be replaced. Glad the job wasn’t something more costly or concerning like the other places had said. We are so happy with perfection. Thank you and highly recommend.

The owner met me with a handshake, I was given a fair quote, and the work performed was completed in a professional and timely manner. The owner thanked me as I left, with a handshake.
Since my last posting I've had both my vehicles in for repairs, repairs were performed as expected at a fair price and as quoted.

Last year I needed new winter tires. I looked what they had on their website and decided on the true discover Norths or whatever they are called, called them up and asked if they had them in stock. If my memory serves me right they said yup and just told me to come on in. I did that, got the tires and ended up leaving. Throughout the last year’s winter, I started having issues with the tires such as extremely poor traction. At first I pushed it off, thinking maybe the tires had too much air pressure in them. Nope still terrible. By the time summer rolled around I switch them off not thinking too much about it. This year I grabbed my tires, to have them put back on and one tire was so low with air, I was a bit worried! I added air into them and was on my way, or so I thought. This year I have had nothing but issues with tire pressure and traction! I had to constantly add air to them, and when Spokane did end up having some freezing rain, I had barely any traction! Yes it was icey, but my wife’s car which had summer tires on and is two wheel drive, wasn’t having any issues… finally I had someone look at them and tell me, they sold you old tires! I bought different ones from a different company and had them replaced with a different tire store. I asked the new tire store what he thought about the tires since they were barely 2 years old, and he told me that these tires were extremely dangerous and old. Never going back here to buy tires and honestly, not one to usually complain about customer service, but it’s also lacking as well.
