Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!

I have been a personal member of Numerica as far back as when it was called Railway Credit Union (so probably 35 years or so.)My business partners and I own a chain of barbershops called The Man Shop. We have been working with Numerica on our business needs since 2004 when we opened (so almost 20 years.)Numerica offers what a regional bank/credit union should offer, common sense decisions, relationship based banking and amazing customer service.During Covid we had submitted a PPP application to a larger bank thinking that would help expedite the process, but instead that bank lost our application, offered no apology or ownership of the problem. We called our banking rep Jose Vasquez with Numerica and he personally walked us through the process and had us approved the same day. Numerica was also amazing during the PPP forgiveness process.We have a new bank rep Travis Abramson who is equally as great. Contacted him in the evening (well after business hours) by email on Wednesday evening (the day before Thanksgiving.) I received a reply to that email within 30 minutes, even though Travis was on vacation (I received an auto reply after the first email stating he was out until the next Monday) and it was 8PM at night. I consider this level of service, above and beyond.We are not a large business account, but we are treated as if we are a top level business account.For all your banking needs personal and business I would highly recommend Numerica Credit Union!

Like so many others have said they used to be great and seemed to care about the people coming in but now they just care about fees and money. After setting up a HELOC they never locked in my interest rate and now my payment has tripled. They said that I didn’t submit a form that I was never told about. After many calls they just keep telling me to talk to someone else with no resolution. Whatever you do, do not setup a loan or any accounts over the phone through their call centers. I should have never left my old credit union.

this institution is just as scammy as Wells Fargo and their consumer fraud cases. They arbitrarily add fees to "free" accounts sometimes months after the account has been opened, keep you on hold for hours and hours once they find out you're calling to tell them you caught them violating the terms of the deposit account until you hang up or they disconnect you. They'll close any account they feel like for no reason and keep the money in the account. They've stolen literally thousands of dollars from me in just 5 years and I've finally had it. Will be going back to my old local bank, Numerica is ripe for a consumer rights class action lawsuit.

Got a scam call from some person saying he was with Numerica Fraud and unusual activity was picked up on my card in California. Did not see any pre alerts on line or on my iPhone. His caller ID showed Numerica Credit Union. The tel# he called from was the Numerica main customer service tel#. Anyway, I canceled my debit & credit cards that took close to 10 calls to get it right. So the questions I asked myself are; how did the scammer get me linked to Numerica and what about the inconsistent automated telephone answering prompts? Been with Numercia long time and observed telephone customer service slowly going down the drain. Not so much the people, but with the management style. I am more then likely going to close my Numerica accounts. If you want speed and efficiency look somewhere else.

The are racist. They closed my account because my identity was stolen. They lack proper etiquette on how to treat customers and are not for the people. I submitted a police report and an Identity Theft report and formally requested that they deposit the money that was stolen from me back into my account. It was my savings. They did not investigate the claim at all. They discriminated against me and they should be closed down. They just want your money. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!!RUN!!!!

tried to open an account. took $50, no account. Used them as a lender. No mail no mail no mail, boom late fees on the first piece of mail and no way to pay. Just super super super hard to work with. I used to recommend them all the time, but whoops.

Absolutely love the communication that they have at this location! Because they weren’t getting payments on a loan that literally doesn’t show up in my bank that they said they would put in there I now have no bank account. Appreciate you and you not doing what you said you would do and now making life so much easier!!! Been with this bank for almost 5 years now and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Easily the worst institution I've ever dealt with. Ironically I used to love them but wow. We were late on 1 CC payment about 10 days when we got a letter saying they would Repo vehicles and close accounts. Obviously we called, found out we were late on CC which was on auto pay and I must have messed that up. Anyway we make the payment and are told we are "Un trust worthy" since we missed a payment...1st one in 3+ years. My fiancé went in and was treated horribly, she is a person of color. She filed a racial discrimination case against the employee for her actions and that was blown off. I have messaged them through the app trying to speak with a district manager and they close my chat without responding. I've called multiple times only to be transferred and left on hold. Eventually the call miraculously disconnects. Needless to say this is a brief synopsis but I would recommended they fire whoever's in charge and allows their employees to treat members the way we have been treated... So 1 star is very generous!!!!

Amazing Staff! That's all I have to say good about them after the premature release of their failed app. Whoever decided it was ready to be put on the market needs to consider other lines of employment.Transfer money to another bank? It was a problem!Transfer money to another account? It was a problem!Make a mortgage payment? It isn't posted.Now that it's tied to any account with your social security, it sends security verification requests to not your phone #.Send in a ticket to IT it gets closed but not fixed. Then they tell you if you want further help contact us at "" then there is no contact information in the quotes.I'm so tired of hearing "thanks for your patience" after being in que for 15 minutes. They are just shy of us moving our accounts

Numerica get back to your old self dont ask customer to refill out information because you hired incompetent web developers. You need to fire them and prove to your customers you care about and are listening to them. The roll out of you new app is one thing but you rolled out new online banking and to make everyone think your cleaver you called it the new digital banking. In todays age it so easy to take buisnes elsewhere why give people a reason, and FYI if you want people to read emails from you dont send advertisements to their emails. If you didn't then i would think what you send me is important

Debbie Krum of Numerica Credit Union is the most professional, competent loan officer we have ever worked with. Debbie has worked with us through purchasing a new home, as well as a refinance on a vacation home. She and her team are over the top efficient and keep you informed every step of the way. I have never had a loan process go so smoothly. She has a can do attitude and knows all the available financing options for whatever your needs might be. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Exceptional
