Everyone at Northwest Dieselworks was very helpful in working with us to get our vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I truly appreciated their honesty in not trying to sell us something we didn't need just to make a sale. Everyone we talked with actually had a diesel vehicle and was knowledgeable about the products they are installing,.
I would return for any needed repairs and highly recommended them.

We were staying in an RV park, and the cold air inter cooler line blew.
We called Northwest Diesel Works, and they got us right in, and fixed it in a few minutes.
So thankful for their customer service, and alot of info they gave us.
Would definitely use them again.

The team at Northwest Diesel was outstanding. I don't know a lot about diesel engines but, they walked me through the process of what it was going to take to get my truck back on the road. It isn't often that I trust mechanics but, I can tell you that these guys were very honest and professional. I was informed about what the issues were and what the cost was up front. In the end, I was pleased to know that having them do the job was the right decision. I will be letting anyone that needs work on their diesel, know that they need to look no further than these guys. I was visiting up north and decided I would like to get a tune for my pickup and they were quick to the response! Got me in and out even though I live 2.5 hours away I will be using them again in the future for any other repairs.

I was pulling a living quarters horse trailer with horses when the battery light came on. We had left Tri-cities headed to Spokane. We called our normal mechanic and they said probably it would be the alternator. My co-pilot started calling. Northwest Diesel works was very helpful and said to bring the truck right in. WOW! We dropped the trailer and horses off and came right over. Yep the alternator. They got one right in and helped us out. It also affected the AC and weather is warm. Thank You

Worked with Jeff whose customer service was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Techs and the shop were bioked out two weeks and were still able to look at my truck. They didnt find anything with my truck but also check it over and made sure it was running properly and assured me that everything is normal and suggested running an additive in my fuel which I will be doing. They will definetly be the shop that work son my Duramax. 10 out of 10.

Jake is amazing service, prices and customer care always for years. But his buddy is very sassy.. not helpful, and beats around the bush trying to talk down on me.. wish I coulda just talked to Jake instead of his grumpy minion. Excellent work from jake. 10/10
