Just as the previous time I was in, your facility was clean and welcoming. Your receptionist was very friendly and energetic. Dr Hershey was amazing! Excellent demeanor and really listened to what I had to say. Very engaging and helpful. After leaving, I realized there was an additional prescription I needed that I failed to mention during the visit. I called and Dr. Hershey submitted that one, as well. So grateful! Thank you!

I am always very pleased at the care I receive. Even when they are over booked , they work hard at giving me an appointment. They do a great job at going the extra mile. And make me feel that what ever the concern is it , is important .

I really appreciate the MA's and PA taking me seriously and addressing all of my concerns. They were very thorough and checked every possible issue I may have. I felt so reassured and it really helped to put my mind at ease.

10 of 10, great spokane valley location, clean, not busy at all, at least when we were there, everyone was great! And fast covid test results! Less than an hr on rapid test results

Best experience at urgent care. Staff is always personable and efficient. I love the online scheduling option. Kudos to the staff for responding with compassion despite being inundated with endless COVID testing.

I did have to wait a couple hours as a walk-in, but it was to be expected given all of the Covid testing happening right now. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The office was very clean. It’s a nice option when you need something quick especially on a weekend.

All of the medical professionals were thorough, took immediate care of my daughter, and ordered the additional help that was needed.I would absolutely revisit this clinic and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
