“I’ve been renting a storage unit with ExtraSpace Storage for nearly 2 yrs. Unexpected & serious heart issues being the reason for needing it. The quality of customer service, fr my initial call to corp (I believe), when getting info on cost, sz, etc, through this date, has been exceptional. I can’t thank Katherine, Tony & Claire enough for their help, knowledge, kindness, professionalism and it is always a pleasure working with them. This storage facility has always been clean. I like the security unit locks & entrance/exit gates. I have never seen a problem or heard anything out of the norm. I always feel safe & confident with my belongings stored here. A great experience all around & do recommend. Thanks again.”

“Kat with Penske Rental in Whitehall, MT, was COMPLETELY AMAZING!! Penske in Whitehall closed at 1700, but she gave me her personal cell phone number to call when we arrived from ID, and was there at 2008 herself so that we could pick up the Penske van that was to have been reserved for us by a Penske employee in Spokane, WA. She gave me driving instructions to the next town, gave me wildlife precautions (not only deer but moose as well!), and helped turn a bad situation into a tolerable one by being so sweet and accommodating. Now SHE is the epitome of an employee going above and beyond in her duties and she should be commended for doing just that! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing employee of Penske. “We booked one month, and had them move the pod back and forth between Spokane & Deer Park several times within the month. Their drivers were always very courteous and booking our dates (had to reschedule a couple times) was always easy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.”
“Had a delivery scheduled for a window of between noon and 4:00. Andy called at 11:55 and advised he was 5 minutes away. He got here and unloaded my crate, and was so kind bringing it up to the garage. Very personable as well. I don't have anything but good to say.”
“After a one way trip with a 6x12 pull trailer & having to have 1 tire changed while loading and another bad tire on the trip home, having drop off be so easy was a nice end to our rental! (Pick up location was NOT a u-haul facility it was a franchise of u-haul).
This U-Haul facility had Excellent customer service. They made drop off a breeze!! Technician made note to get tires replaced!! Was very thankful the issue was pointed out!!”

“David and Kyle were the first to show up and they were very courteous and professional as the assessed the situation and started moving things out to the truck. Later in the day Caiden and Cara showed up to make sure things stayed on schedule - I guess we had more than we originally thought, and much of it had to meander through the tight hallways and doorways of our old house, so it took longer than originally expected. We only had a short move, but they did a good job of hustling things out of the house and into the truck, and also moving things quickly into the new house when they arrived. David and Kyle were troopers as we tried to maneuver our big couch up some stairs and into the bonus room, but no matter how many times we yelled "pivot" it was just too long to fit past the landing at the bottom of the stairs. Overall I'm really happy with the service we received and all of our possessions arrived safely minus a couple of minor scratches here and there. Nothing fragile or valuable was damaged, and they made sure to take extra care with my extremely delicate new OLED TV that was my biggest concern, so I'm calling that a win in the end.”
