“David is an amazing loan officer who came to me by a connection from a trusted family member in the industry. As a real estate agent I need to know my clients will be taken care of and David has definitely shown he can handle any unique loan situation, is very hands on, detail oriented, proactive, has a great sense of humor and actually cares about his clients. He always answers the phone or lets you know when he can call you back and has a great team under him. When I had a transaction going sideways he was the first one I called to save it because of the trust he made with me and closed that one with ease. He even closed on a VA loan in 19 days which included an inspection timeline and normal appraisal turn around time. Another example of him going above and beyond is when he hopped on an airplane and hand delivered loan documents to me in another unique transaction that had to fund/close same day.
