I was an employee here for two weeks. Great group of employee, hiring mangment need to be improved on. They mirco mange you if you work here ans they have no faith in you. They will make assumptions upon your degree. They have alot of miscommunication to work out among the people. Good quality cleaning though. Ower is amazing, but the communication from upper to lower is pitifull and no one takes responsibility in the company about the miscommunication. Overall would recommend to use as a clean service would not recommend working here.

I have used them for a couple of years now and can highly recommend them. The staff is courteous, professional and seem to really care about their work. They are always cheerful and work quickly. I especially appreciate how punctual and reliable they are! I have used other services that were constantly late or rescheduling, Let It Shine has proven remarkably dependable. Rebecca Norton, Deserae and Sabrina in particular have always done a great job!

don't work here, my soon to be wife Deserae dose. But I have worked with Brittany, before and she's an amazing boss. Super careing and compassionate. She really cares about her employees. I give it full stars. Best cleaning service on this side of the North West, and all around!

I’m unaware as to why anyone would not enjoy working here. Owner is compassionate, caring, kind and has done nothing but be a blessing to my family and I! Super reliable and understanding when life happens. I’ve never seen a company care so much— not only about their employees— but their clients as well. 10/10
