The front desk girl at Lilac city was absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life and I’ve worked in the medical field for a long time. I am referring to South Hill location. No social skills, very vindictive very unwilling to help and talked to me very disrespectful. She always left early and was not there to get me scheduled and would not call to schedule me and therefore my treatment had to be stopped in the middle.. three weeks into my treatment.. I was taking time off on FMLA, which left me unable to get better. However the physical therapist herself was great, but the front desk girl ruined everything. Completely rude.I would also like to add that the manager was unprofessional as well. I contacted her to let her know my experience, and she was completely unwilling to help and chose to get mad at the physical therapist for the behavior of the receptionist, which did not make sense to me whatsoever, rather than taking into consideration the bad behavior of the the front desk, girl . She is losing business for them.

I have been dreading going to PT but Megan was wonderful and made me feel really comfortable. She was very competent and knowledgeable. She explained everything and listened really well to me. The office was clean and professional.

Love this place come here for pregnancy related issues and plan to come postpartum they have made me feel more ready and confident for labor and also have taught me many things to help myself at home!!

My chiropractor recommended this place and sent a referral. I never got a call, so they sent the referral again. Still no call so I called them. No one answered and after leaving a voicemail I still never got a call back. I couldn't even say if this place is still open. Really disappointed as the reviews were great. Guess I'll be going somewhere else.

Had a great experience with PT Erin. She was very comprehensive in diagnosing my physical issues. She had a variety of skills to help me, was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend her.

This is by far the best company for physical therapy that I have ever heard of. Stephanie and Jaime as well as all the other therapist are so kind and sensitive to each unique situation. They welcome you with open arms and will do anything they can to get you back to the way of life you should be able to enjoy. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants a place they can feel comfortable and feel like their needs are being met. These ladies are amazing.

I have been so grateful to have been a patient at Lake City Physical Therapy. This is my 5th pregnancy, and I've always experienced discomfort/pain as my baby grows in just doing every day activities-- I've felt such a difference this pregnancy. I've learned how to strengthen the muscles to support the baby and myself, and I've felt such a positive difference! I'm still doing therapy currently as I enter my 3rd trimester, and look forward to the positive impact therapy will have on labor and post pregnancy. I understand they will help me re-strengthen after, and really look forward to the benefits of this! My therapist has been great. I really look forward to each visit and the impact its having on my body! Who would have thought how I feel could be better at baby #5 than some of those previous ;o) Its been a blessing to find out about these services.

The best thing about Lake City Physical Therapy is the administrative staff that kept perfect track of my visits and insurance requirements/allowances, and my sweet therapist who worked with me one-on-one, communicated with me about what she was doing (or asking me to do) and why, and helped improve my arm and shoulder pain/function with easy exercises and amazing massage treatments (can I just have that EVERY day?)! My therapist was/is highly educated and I could tell she loves her job helping people to regain the ability to carry out their daily life in the best way possible. I felt so great every time I left my session - and my therapist gave me the tools and desire to continue making progress even after our prescribed time together ends. Can't wait to be injured again!! Hah!

Lake City Physical Therapy is the place to be for your pelvic floor PT, I was referred to Lake City Physical Therapy in Spokane Valley and I am so happy I was. I have struggled for years with pelvic pain, and discomfort, feeling like there was very little I could do other than take pain meds to have a little relief. I’ve been a patient for a little over a month and Erin has helped so much! Everyday is a customized plan based on how my body is feeling or has been feeling. I have had so many things to try when I am in pain and they definitely help. The staff is incredibly friendly as well, Jamie is always ready to greet you when you walk in the door with a smile. I cannot say enough great things about Erin either, she makes physical therapy fun. I would highly recommend Lake City Physical Therapy for any of your pelvic floor Physical Therapy needs!

Jamie at the front desk is super friendly and easy to talk to. Erin is a miracle worker. I’ve had years of pain and discomfort and she seemed to understand what I was telling her, and got to the root of the issue! She helped me gain control of my body again and I have better movement and comfort than I’ve had in a long time. She is super sweet and makes the environment very comfortable, especially when dealing with such a sensitive area. I’m actually going to miss my appointments here! I’d recommend Erin and this clinic without hesitation!

Amazing staff! Tailored a plan to my individual needs. Went to pelvic floor therapy at a different clinic and I left crying every time due to the therapists insensitivity:( My physical therapist at this location was a joy to work with and truly cared about helping me with my condition. She is a pelvic floor Jedi. Even if you end up needing surgery she knows of amazing well-renowned doctors that can help you. And ladies, last but not least if she must do an internal exam...I promise she won’t make small talk and extend the time the exams happens. The internal exam is short and sweet. She is passionate about her career and it truly shows in the gains I made in a short period of time. Don’t worry, even the gal that schedules is Marry Poppins positive and helpful, and when I would walk in she would know me by name!

Always flexible to get my family and I in when it works best for us, always on time and extremely professional! My son has low muscle tone and Erin helped get him to a place where everyday tasks were easier for him and his muscles working together.
