I would just like to say that I was very grateful for the help that Andrew Jones provided. I am "insurance illiterate" and needed help starting a new policy for home and auto. Andrew was extremely patient and kind with all of my many questions and was able to get me a rate that was lower than what I was paying with my previous insurer. Very grateful for a compassionate agent!

My main frustration is that I didn't find them sooner, that in the nightmare economy of insurance, I feel like I don't have the words to give the amazing review this firm deserves. Rates that i dont feel abused by, kindness, understanding, and empathy I've received should be normal, and yet, it is so rare as to be a joke.
You will not be sorry you came here. You will be sorry it took you so long to get here.

The folks in this office are very nice and respectable. Their customer service is beyond always and they are very happy to answer any questions you have. They take the time to meet your needs to the best of their ability. I recommend them to everyone!

State farm was able to lower my insurance and add renters insurance by 100.00. living on SSI has been hard and they made life easier. When I have questions they are always happy to help me out. Thanks state farm for help me out! Susan

Krina Malgreen and her team- more specifically Ginger have been magnificent to work with!!! They’ve sent a card when my dad passed and answer all calls and e-mails promptly. I’ve only had very pleasurable experiences when speaking to each one of the team. They truly have a passion for helping others. I’m actually sadden to have to switch agents as I am moving out of state.

I was looking for new car insurance and Krina from State Farm is the only Insurance Agent that actually sent me a picture of the actual coverage I would be getting instead of constantly calling and texting me! She actually let me be the judge if I wanted to continue the process of pursuing her company State Farm! In this case I did and the agent Bo went above and beyond to help me understand everything! I saved more than half in cost by switching companies! A big Thank you!

I couldnt be happier with Krina and State Farm!! They save me so much money, and Krina goes out of her way to explain anything you need clarification on. She really made my day yesterday with her amazing customer service. I recommend her and State Farm insurance to everyone!

I'm so pleased with Krina and team - have been ever since I began working with them in 2021. They are efficient, responsive, and thorough with helping me keep my home & auto coverage up to date and answering any questions I have along the way. Highly recommend!
