I wasn’t happy to find out that online prices didn’t match up to the store price. I’m 5 foot my dog is a mastiff pit bull and getting him in the “bath” wasn’t to hard the worst part was trying to wash my dog as he towered over me.

Was there to see if I could find a new cat to adopt. The cat room needs to be bigger, 2 of the 5 cats seemed quite pissed. They also had another area where some cats were in cages, the ones that couldn't be in the cat room. Dog wash area is a great idea. Dog kennel area seemed small, only 5 big kennels from what I could see. Dogs looked content. Again thank you to the staff for letting me use the lint brush to defuzz.

I take my two dogs here to get their nails trimmed and the ladies do a great job! Best prices around and very clean environment.

I take my pups in every few weeks to get their nails trimmed. The employees are fast, efficient, and love my tiny chihuahua. They know how to deal with difficult dogs. Large and small. Their prices are very reasonable. I adore them

If I could give a lower review I would. We have been using this groomer for 10 years, but the last couple of times it has gone down hill. The final straw was when checking in our dogs we gave them the dogs shot record with one of the dogs getting a rabies shot last week. When picking up the dogs they gave her another rabies shot with out permission.WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

I have been with Julia for 20? YearsI love All of the people working at the clinic and the jungle. NEVER have I not been able to get my pet seen, either a drop off appointment or a scheduled appointment. Having large and small pets makes her my all around go to doctor.Thank you Julia for everything ❤️You are the BEST

Well, I boarded my animal for a month in hopes that they would care for it. I arrived after a week and a half of boarding and my cat was so severely abused she can't be picked up. Now I have to put her up for adoption because Miss Piggy behind the desk tried to extort me for more money after paying 400 for the boarding, while she sipped an ice coffee, and essentially laughed in my face about the mishandling of my pet. Don't board here. The vets abuse your animals.

I take my pug here once a month for bathing. The staff is always amazing and friendly. The bathing stations are clean and have everything for you to use.

Great place to self serve bathing your dog. Our pets have got urinary tract infections right after bathing here. Keep that in mind. Just bring disinfecting wipes to wipe down tubs before entering.
