The team at Jacob's did a lovely job reupholstering our ottoman. They boast an extensive selection of fabrics, vegan and natural leathers. Their craftsmanship is unsurpassed! The peice looks better than when it was new! Everyone with whom we interacted was friendly and professional. It was delightful to find customer service still alive and well at Jacob's Custom Living.

The team at Jacob's has made us loyal customers for life. The store is beautiful and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy.They helped us find the perfect patio set and stored it over the winter while we waited for our landscaping to finish. When we expressed concern about the intense wind we get at out house, they customized our cushions with tabs to keep them in place.They truly care about their customers. They squeezed in an early delivery for us so we could have seating to host a last-minute birthday party! Delivery crew was awesome and did a great job.We went back and found the perfect matching fire table.Everyone at Jacob's has been friendly and knowledgeable. Please check out this amazing, local, family-run business - you won't regret it!

No one geeeted me or offered me help as I wandered around the store. This is typical of my experience at Jacob’s. The prices are high, but the quality is good. Doesn’t make up for poor service.

Jacobs Upholstery does NOT stand behind their product. Failed workmanship that they refuse to fix. Misrepresented materials that were paid for and not used. They do not honor their warranty.

Unethical! Work was agreed upon, then they changed it without letting me know. Jacobs thought I wouldn't know and said nothing until I questioned it. Too bad I had to already pay for work to be done. Very unethical.

I was asked to help a friend fix his boat while the Jacob's crew did the upholstery. They worked on that boat like it mattered to them. And the design looks great. I'm impressed.

Super friendly and helpful! Anyone could easily find SEVERAL things they love. I will definitely be coming back for decorations and outside furniture.

. I have never been more thankful for amazing leadership of a business coupled with the imagination of a super talented employee. The owner, Darby, is an absolute pleasure to brainstorm with. He listens and, as a bonus, has an amazing history of his own.I felt guilty for taking too much of his time, in part as I wanted to hear his story and about his experience in the industry. He then passed the baton back and forth to Byron. There was such good energy between the two of them that `I as a customer, came out a pure winner.I work in the Middle East. I took my 49 Hudson to Darby and Byron. They were patient while I ordered some amazing material, new old stock from the late 50's. Well, they did not waste the opportunity. This and the surprise theme of trim thought up by Byron. I could go on and on, I did not interfere, I let Byron run with the project, and I am 100% fortunate and pleased. The owner has seen so much and Bryon, Thank you so much for being so talented. As a note, the people behind the scenes were great too, from accounting to the friendly, knowledgeable young man who was working the counter. Thank you and your team for amazing super creative work.

Jacobs Custom Living has always been a huge supporter to the CVHS Band Programs. We can attest to the warmth of those patio heaters! It kept the full marching band, guard, staff, and volunteers warm each weekend the band season!
