I have never been to a lab that was so rude and unprofessional. All three lab experiences were with the same lab tech/receptionist. This was the 3rd poor experience my daughter in law has had here. First Blood draw the lab tech spilled her blood all over and was rude. The second time she treated my daughter in law with disrespect. She was clearly treated differently then the other patients (Caucasian). Today I seen it. Upon entrance of the door, my daughter in law was spoken loudly too. Reception also lab tech yelled at my daughter in law to check in at the Kiosk. My daughter in law didn't even say a single word to her, before she was greeted like this. Upon checking in on the kiosk the lab tech yelled across the room if my daughter in law could give her a urine sample. Instead of calling her up to the counter to ask. Before my daughter could even answer she put the urine cup on the counter roughly. While my daughter in law was in the bathroom I could see the reflection of the lab tech/ receptionist in the window of the door. She was glaring at me. At this time I didn't know she was the lab tech or I would of grabbed my daughter and law and taken her else where. I learned that she was the lab tech after my daughter in law came back. The lab tech was dressed in sweat pants, sweat shirt, and no lab coat was used. This is how she was dressed all 3 times my daughter in law has gone there. I would expect her to at least have worn a lab coat seeing the first time she spilled my daughter in laws blood all over. My daughter in law just moved here from out of state. She wasn't aware there were other locations to have blood drawn. I can promise you she will NEVER return to Incyte Diagnostics on Rowan in Spokane Washington. This location should be ashamed of their lab tech / receptionist! How they treat people who need blood work is unacceptable.

Shame on this company for violating my HIPPA rights. They SOLD my PHI to a debt collector who then SUED ME during a global pandemic over a bill that was barely $100 bucks. The company stated they sent me multiple bills when I asked for an itemized bill to see what I was paying for. They never sent one and quietly just decided to have me sued instead.

Amazing staff. Nice and small lab but very clean. Across the street from Providence. Always a quick experience and never had a y issues. The only lab that has never given me a bruise or caused a ton of pain getting blood work completed.
