The whole process was quick and easy. My accountant is very comfortable to work with. He's thorough, professional, and explains everything well. I went to H&R Block last year, and will have them do my taxes next year.

We pd them $322 for nothing. Didn't even send the check and didn't tell us. Now we have to pick it up and mail it our selves after holding on to it for 6 weeks, even tho we have direct deposit. They did nothing for us and we feel robbed. Never going again. After talking to several family members and friends, they have all had bad experiences. I'm letting everyone know. Don't go.
