We got a quarter of a ham for Easter. It was delicious! We used the leftovers to make split pea soup. The package of split pea soup sold there didn't have enough peas, so I added more. Everyone loved the ham!

I purchased my Easter ham here because I just didn't have the time to cook one myself. The concept of picking one up and taking it out of the fridge 90 minutes before serving, sold me. There was nobody in the store when I walked in. I was greeted by two people at the counter. They were very friendly and warned me about the price of their hams. She also said that it will be the best ham I've ever had. The man grabbed a 8 pound ham which was way more than enough for 6. I have to say this ham was far from being the best ham. I had the bone in, spiral cut ham. It was over cooked, just dry and honestly not real flavorful. $94 ham and I bet nobody eats the leftovers they took home. Maybe if you put it in a soup where you have some broth to choke it down with. Definitely not worth the price and I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER! I mean $94 for 8 pounds??? Holy sh:!. That's actually exactly what I said when he told me the price. I've heard that Fred Meyer has a really good ham.

Updated review, please read the end. I called the Spokane Valley store on Dec 23, 2023 to get information to order a ham. The extremely rude guy that answered the phone wouldn't answer my question and said "you will just have to come into the store" and hung up on me. I went online to place my order and their online order for pick up did not allow me to put in a pick up date of Dec 24 even though the store was open on that day, the soonest date available was Tues Dec 26th so I went to the store when they opened at 9:00 am to pick up a ham. The ham was on the menu for $51.99, when this jerk rang me up he said "that will be $91.99. I explained I wanted the 1/4 ham for $51.99, he said " I have to charge you an extra $40.00 because I "DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION" which was impossible to get since the site would not allow it. I explained to him that his online system would not let me put in a pick up date on that day and he completely ignored the problem. This is a blatant scam. The SOB should be charged with theft. 2 weeks later I have filed a formal complaint against him with the BBB and the Attorney General. I will continue to write reviews about this Spokane Valley store and the monster that probably owns it since no employer would have him working for them, and suggest that people use another company. Longhorn Barbecue has the same precooked food. This arrogant guy needs not, the opportunity to gouge or share his horrid attitude or business practices with the public.UPDATE: I wish I could post this guys response from my complaint with the attorney general. He definitely shows his very unattractive hateful character. He did refund my $91.00, I only wanted the $40.00 he stole from me. That refund gave him the opportunity to say "I hope you enjoy your FREE HAM" I don't need or want a free ham or free anything. I am quite financially sufficient to pay for what I purchase. Bottom line is he does not want people coming to his store to purchase his product if they dont order it in advance. He was very upset that I would think that I could buy a ham without notice. Who knew? He has a STORE! I will suggest he closes his store when it gets close to a holiday and keep his hateful behavior from the people who have supported his company. Maybe put a sign out Jeff, saying "customers will be charged for whatever I slam down on the counter if you dare think you can buy something without notice" Sounds like he's may be going broke as he apparently can't purchase enough product for last minute plans. Honestly I didn't know my family would be here for Christmas. When I learned they would be here is when I had to plan dinner. SORRY Jeff, life happens. I wonder how nasty you will be come Easter?

Our ham was a disappointment for our Christmas dinner. I will probably order from Montana Valley Hams, in Helena,for my next order. Your hams have been great in the past and I don't know if I can trust your hams again.

Ham was great. Web site I guess was giving wrong information. The male answering phone was very rude . When I picked up ham spending 136.00, I mentioned 7 dollar coupon and was denied. I had code. Not good customer service.

Looking at previous reviews this store my have had an issue or two before. It's been a couple of years since I've purchased a ham here, and I just has a great experience with their customer service. Upon entering, I could see a couple of customers sitting at a table while the store attendant was making their meal. The seating area was clean. The store attendant was on the phone in the food prep area talking to a customer, and I was pleased to see him carefully was his hands, and put on new gloves before he returned to prep their food. Two days prior, I purchased a dozen ham sliders and a ham bone in anticipation of seasoning beans and soup. The sliders were delicious! They came with Hawaiian rolls, a pound of ham, Swiss cheese, and garlic butter on the side. I did not inspect the ham bone as it was frozen, and it was quite large. During transport to my home, I kept it in a cooler, and immediately placed it in my refrigerator upon arrival. Surprisingly, two days later I opened it up and saw indication the ham bone was old as it had begun to mold. I returned it to the store the next day, and they replaced the ham bone with a new ham! I was very pleased and delighted to see this level of service. I've eaten and purchased honey- baked ham all my life and this ham is perfect! Perfectly smoked and baked Not salty at all. Jim was the store attendant who handled my situation and I'm very grateful for his attention and service. He stood up to the brand name and delivered! I'll be back!

I had a gift card so I went in and got an 8 pound ham, bone in and I also ordered the club Sandwich from there. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The guy was extremely kind and helpful and willing to change my order that I had placed for Thursday to accommodate me so I could pick it up on Wednesday. Instead with no complaints or hesitation. Very appreciated, the food was very good And the place was very clean.

My daughter and I went in for a sandwich and was faced with very unhappy rude guy. Apparently the daytime manager since he made a point of telling me he runs this place, lol. I mean, I asked him what was on a classic ham sandwich to which he just points up at the menu on the wall where it shows a picture. My daughter asked what was on a different sandwich and he points to a picture by the restrooms. I mean the personality on this guy was less than a table top. I did have to goggle, because, what was making this guy be so rude? I also ordered 2lbs of sliced ham. Once we got our sandwiches he forgot the cheese. I love this ham and am not from here, but I would drive further to buy it, just so I wouldn't have to deal with such a rude human. I will never ho back.

I buy my Easter ham here every year. I usually get the bone in, this year I got the boneless. It’s the worse ham I have ever bought. Almost tasteless. They have been getting worse for a while, but still worth the price. This one wasn’t.

My son brought a Honey Baked Ham to our Christmas eave get together. I figured just another ham. Wow was I wrong. Absolutely the best ham I've ever had. The only thing wrong with it, was I couldn't stop eating it.

I buy a ham every year, last years was fantastic as usual. I go last night to get one and they had zero hams in display case. I thought they were out. The guy said in the back we have some. I tell him the biggest ham they have. I get a 10 pound plus ham.. I go to warm it today and opened it and it looked different than usual. I warmed it and the glaze did not melt so I warmed it more and finally got glaze to melt. The ham is good but not like usual. Something is off. Saltier than usual, the glaze not as sweet. Not very happy with my 105 dollar ham this year. 3.5 stars.

Terrible company. They move extremely slow to make your food and when I mean day I mean there's only one person that I ever see working in there it's a white guy with a long beard there is no safety standards but that's besides the point the customer service is just trash I called today and ask for a sandwich this man told me that they can't make me a sandwich and it wasn't even closing time they don't do any work in the store yet they are ready to go home. The food is also bad.
