I caught a man taking clothing out of MY dryer while it was drying. I can see why they lock the bathrooms. Vagrants just walk in at will and steal your clothes. Stay by your laundry !! The store locks things up and leaves the laundry unattended and at the mercy of whomever walks in after 10pm. If your a lone female after 10pm stay home or you'll be harassed. ? Other than that.. the manager and the girls working there are good people. The convenience store is nice and I don't blame them for hiding the carts but I would have someone at least attend the laundry. It is a clean place that invites too much riff raff in .

8:10P and my 14 yo old daughter can’t use the restroom because they were just cleaned and closed for the night? First and last stop at this venue. Too bad since it has a lot of potential.

My mother 60 years old was made to pee her pants while she waited for her clothes to finish washing at this hico. 3/25/2023 9:15pm. I understand locking the bathrooms for non paying customers but to make an old lady 60 years old who was a paying Customer pee herself because the attendant Jay refused to let her use the bathroom is outrageous. I wll be filing a lawsuit against John Tonani and the Female Jay working the cashier attendant. I will also be filing a report with the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

They don't have laundry carts. The dryer are high priced 25¢for 5 min. And the dryer are extremely small the big drier is 3$ to start.. not satisfied with this laundromat

The manager hung up on me and didn't resolve my issue. I've been coming to this store for two years as my main gas station and will never come back here due to how I was treated by management!

Locks up debit card funds, whose available funds can easily be verified instantly by their card servicer. Funds are inconsistenly reimbursed to accounts, often after several days have passed.No other gas stations in the valley (cenex, maverick, etc) do this.

I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars!!! BEWARE OF USING WASHERS!!! I used a washer and THREE HOURS LATER my clothes were stuck on prewash and the management refused to reset the washer and give me my clothes! She then had the nerve to say it was my fault for overloading the washer and again refused to do anything about it or give me my clothes! I was told to come back the next day when she was on shift and she would call someone if they weren’t done by then! I have never heard of such a thing. I was then reminded of the signs that say “we are not responsible for damaged clothes!” Apparently this mean they are not responsible for returning your items either! Luckily after 4 hours and approximately ten minutes the washer stopped and started flashing the words “out of order.” I was then able to open the door and retrieve my DAMAGED CLOTHES!!!! Not only were they damaged they were SOAKED! The washer did not spin the water out! I took a photo of the load as soon as I could open it to prove it was NOT OVERLOADED and was curious how she could even say that when she wasn’t even there to see the load. Obviously this was an assumption and an incorrect one! She treated me like some bum looking for a free wash and I did not appreciate that. I guess this is what I get for going camping in an RV without a washer and dryer! BEWARE!!!! This laundromat is a joke and it is extremely dirty too. What really freaked me out was when a woman in the gas station told me if she were me she would leave the clothing because of a bed bug scare that was reported!!!! Disgusting!!!

This place is horrible, over priced washers. Half their machines either don't work or eat your money. The floor looks like it's hardly ever cleaned. Trash cans over flowing. No access to the restrooms. For the price this place charges they could do 100% better than they are.

Tried to do my laundry needed the cart to bring laundry in cause I had alot brought the cart just right out the door to load some fat slob of a guy came out grabbed the cart dragged it back in saying carts aren't allowed outside so I left I guess they dont need money and I was about to spend a bit of money
