I was having trouble tracking down a certain pistol and was blown off by several other shops in the area, I called here and Frank said he couldn’t find one but to give me my number and he’d call me back when he could. To my surprise he called back a few weeks later saying he found one and asking if I still wanted it, I did and he got me squared away. I’ve had several other shops “take my information” and never hear back, refreshing to find a spot where the owner still cares. I’ll be back for sure.”
“Great guys here. I recently bought a new Ruger American Hunter rifle. Right out of the box, the bolt shroud was loose and wobbly. When I installed the bolt, the plastic shroud popped off. Try as I might, I couldn't get the thing back on. I have had FF do work for me in the past, so I dropped in and talked to Scott. He took the bolt, went over to his bench and minutes later returned with it all back together properly. NO CHARGE. If you are in need of gunsmithing work, these are the folks I would see.
