I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful small business. After an issue on a vintage amplifier I purchased earlier that day, I brought it back hoping for an exchange. I not only received a superb Pioneer unit in turn, but he even tested and troubleshooted the issue if I ever got another amp like it again. They cater to a niche market exceptionally well and it's why I'm thrilled they're even in the Valley at all. They also have delightful dogs too.

She does a great job! Her little shop is cute. You get some shopping done and get your hair done at the same time!

I love Gretchen's. Mind that it was the closest place to get a decent haircut near Gonzaga while I was there. But I've always been happy with my haircuts at Gretchens...always with nice consistency..never a rushed hair cut. The tanning beds aren't the newest like Tanning-only places, but the tanning prices are cheap, and it's good enough..hey it's a tan...not a spa. The student pricing for hair cuts are great, and the fact that I can call for an appointment 2 years after graduating just cus i'll be in town and they still remember me is excellent bonus points. Definitely recommend Summer and of course Gretchen for your hair cut. ~G
