The store also carries movies, hobby gaming items like Warhammer and trading card games, and extensive game and anime merchandise. Services include trade-ins for store credit and professional repair services for discs, consoles, phones, and computers. However, the experience can be a roll of the dice depending on who is working. Staff can be wonderfully helpful, personable, and friendly, offering deals and assisting in locating items. But there have also been experiences with unhelpful or disinterested staff. A common frustration is that the majority of items are not priced, and quoted prices can sometimes increase at the register. Absolutely amazing and kind staff, a wonderful large selection of goodies from multiple shows, games ect and reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places I shop at.
