Had a great experience. This company knows the meaning of customer service. We worked with Amy at the valley store. She was very knowledgeable with an upbeat personality and not overbearing. When I went in to pick up the mattress it couldn't have been easier, in and out within ten minutes.

Went in looking for a pillow, they had lots of choices and a great variety of different kinds to choose from, as well as lots of choices for mattresses. The people at the front desk were very nice and answered all my questions promptly. Next time I need another pillow or a mattress I will be going here again!

Went in with a single objective in mind. Ephraim introduced himself and showed me my options. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable and not aggressive. I ended up not buying a mattress but instead an adjustable base to go with another mattress brand. He had no problem with that. It was a pleasure working with him.

Our salesperson Mark was welcoming and generous in time and attention to our questions about the mattress we were interested in purchasing and in letting us "test" out the mattresses in the store. Additionally, he collected information from us about our sleeping patterns and postures to suggest the different kinds of mattresses that would be comfortable and enhance our sleep. Based on our requests, he included helpful information for our decision making about a foundation and pillows. Further, he offered a promo on a mattress cover purchase that would increase our time to "test" the mattress and enhance the longevity of the mattress.

The shop was pleasant and we were greeted quickly by Ephraim Thompson. He was very pleasant, not pushy and very helpful when answering our questions. He just let us take our time without feeling any sort of pressure. We were o lay gathering information at first so he thanked us for coming in and was friendly and considerate. He gave us his card as we left and told us if we had other questions to feel free to call. We actually went back later and purchased the mattress we were looking at. He was knowledgeable and made our sale very easy. Thank you!
