If I could leave a zero star I would! I am appalled at the way this owner speaks about people who come into his business. He was more worried about talking poorly about previous customers with his sales team than a possible sale. Then left me sitting there for over 45 minutes waiting to even speak to me about a couple cars. I finally left with no help. Possibly the worst customer service and poorly ran business I have ever seen. Very sketchy place.

My wife and I went in there to purchase a vehicle and bought a vehicle that was high mileage but wanted to get us out from the debt we had. I’ve never missed a payment on any vehicle and my wife had a repo. They made us put $2200 down on an $8900 truck that he been sitting there for a while after originally telling us we only needed $2000 down. Then the owner tried to get me as a convicted felon to provide him a firearm to make sure that we can meet more money down payment wise that they wanted. When I told him that I was a felon, cannot have a firearm know what I gave him one. They were trying to get a truck that I have that my army buddy gave me. We sign the paperwork after finally negotiating, and agreeing to a payment plan for two $2200 down on an $8900 vehicle and we would have to pay $650 within a few weeks. Signed the paperwork and drove off with the vehicle was happy with my purchase as I got home, I realized the vehicle was missing and exhaust and windshield wipers, but was willing to except that because I know it was not a perfect vehicle. Within two days the dealership called us back and tried to get us to paying additional $1800 in something that is known as a yo-yo scam near my wife did get a refund but I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are thieves and they are very sketchy and I will never ever purchased a car from them. I will walk before I ever purchase a car from this company. I’m also sending you pictures of the truck that I purchased which now has windshield wipers things to me so people can avoid getting this truck

Leo was a great salesman. Everyone was respectful. I just purchased a vehicle. Leo literally went the extra mile to satisfy his customer by driving me a couple of miles to ATM to transfer funds to be able to aquire auto insurance. Without that I would had to wait three days to drive away in the purchased vehicle. I had a great experience with Freedom Auto Sales.

I went to look at a gmc Sierra at this dealer and was told that it was there waiting for me to look at, keep in mind I live 3hours from this dealer, when I got there it wasn't there and I was told I would have to wait a whole hour before i could look at it . I was also told it had had it fluids changed and that it was in great condition. I checked the dipstick only to see that the oil was black and the transmission fluid was full of little medal pieces clearly they were not changed. I took it for a test drive only to discover that the ac didn't work. The back widow didn't roll down, and the manual shifting didn't work either. I was very disappointed in the vehicle and the honesty, and on top of that, they said they were just going to change the fluids so that someone else would buy it. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and would have rated it lower if possible. I don't appreciate liars there selling vehicles that are falling apart and saying their great deals. Look at the other reviews they are all very similar to mine. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

This is hands down the worst place you could ever go to buy a car. I'm a single mom with a baby and just wanted a reliable car and all they did was drain my savings account after I bought the car by having to buy new tires fix problems that were supposed to be fixed before I bought the car and then they just continuously lie and lie and lie and then when you go in to ask them anything because they won't return your calls they're completely rude to you. I could go on and on how awful this place is. I just can't believe someone would do this to a single mother

Went and looked at a truck, Leo and mechanics told me there was nothing wrong with the truck, great condition and amazing deal. Fluids had all been changed and in top condition. I checked the oil dip stick, and the oil was SUPER DIRTY! BLACK! Checked the transmission Fluid, and there were metal flakes in it. They lied about the fluids and the transmission is on its way out. The test drive proved the AC didn't work, the windows in the back didn't roll down, the manual shift didn't work, and they painted the under body to cover the rust, and when I plugged in my scanner, 2 engine codes had been deleted, mass air flow sensors. They said they were just going to change the fluids to make it sell better. GREAT SALESMANSHIP!!! They lied through their teeth to try and make a buck. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! If zero stars was a rating, they would have that.

Came in with $5k cash, they sold me a older vehicle with more miles & monthly payments, the next day on my way to finalize the deal , engine blew up .Then for another grand, they put me in a new vehicle with lesser miles ,before I left the lot I noticed the windshield cracked across the front , they proceeded to offer to fix it at cost, It cost me $220 to have it done. That same day on way home a PFPD pulled up next to me to inform me my driver side tail light were out & the “check engine lamp” came on. A transmission issue , they wanted to charge me for the part. All the rubber insulation on all doors including the trunk was falling off, the radio display didn’t work, when I opened the hood to check the fluids , the front bumper practically fell off cause all the push pins were gone. Aside from Zac , the rest of the crew were helpful , but in the end Zac chose $92 over customer satisfaction. My recommendation is to stay clear from ever dealing with this dealership , EVER!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FRON THIS LOT! bought a 2010 Subaru Impreza here. Was told it had been test driven 30 miles and had no issues. Drove it less than 10 miles home check engine light comes on, turns out it jumped timing! By some miracle it did not bend valves but still needed new timing belt and pulleys, 800$ down the drain. Few days later it's leaking coolant, Needs a new water pump. Another 500$ down the drain! I was told this car just had a new motor installed 50k miles ago, clearly not the case! Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from somewhere reputable and honest!

I 100% do not recommend this dealership. My husband and I brought in a Toyota Tacoma that we wanted to trade in for a family vehicle that would be better on gas for long drives. We saw a Subaru WRX posted and can in to look at it. They did let us know that the throw out bearing needed to be replaced and that was the ONLY thing wrong with it. So. We waited for the throw out bearing to be replaced and came back to trade in the truck for the car. We signed all paperwork, bought a warranty, and drove off the lot. Not even a block down the road, all the lights light up on the dash, so we turn around and go back. They keep saying that there’s just a sensor that is bad and that is what’s throwing up the codes. A few weeks go by of us fighting with them to fix our car. Come to find out, the timing belt needs to be replaced, which we had to fight them to pay for. They sent us to a different mechanic shop for the timing. The oil was also leaking and they attempted to fix it, which now makes it so that we can’t use our warranty to get the oil leak fixed. They’re also saying the computer in the car needs replaced. To sum it up: this dealership is awful, rude, and I do not recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. They will tell you lies and then turn around and say they never said them.
