Call Dan a prescription for my daughters insulin who is a very fragile diabetic. I said it would be ready today. When I went to pick it up they said that they had no record of it being called in. and because they’re closing in five minutes they wouldn’t be able to feel it. I reminded them that she’s out and I gave them three days to fill it. And they still refused to and then the pharmacist said I’m sorry that you didn’t plan your day better.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Do not come here. My daughter has grandmal seizures and over the years they have constantly dropped the ball on filling her prescription even though we always call 3 days in advance and they always have all these numerous reasons. When the last times before we switched pharmacys they told us our insurance. When it cover it, we call our insurance at the pharmacy. The insurance said that they would cover it and has us tell the pharmacist that the insurance would cover it and we don't know what the issue is and then they snobbly asked me. Oh well. Okay in that case do you want the prescription and I was till not to be rude when I yelled. Yes she has seizures

Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley, WA. All I am going to say is that if you want Grocery Delivery, as we always do, don't order from this store. They completely ignore instructions (such as NO SUBSTITUTIONS) and constantly send garbage you don't want and didn't order. I truly feel like they send whatever they want, completely ignoring instructions or other comments clearly stated on your order. Insta Cart is the absolutely worst delivery company we've ever had...every single time. Those rocket scientists think nothing of putting all the bags from a large 100 pound order right smack against the door...making it almost imposible to open the door. Which they did again today. NO THANKS. GOOD RIDDANCE. Every other store and delivery service is so much better that there's no comparison. Product might be average, but not when you NEVER ONCE in a 12-month period get what you actually ordered. Waste of money and only a source of aggravation every time.

Sometimes there behind but ive never had them be disrespectful. I use optum Rx for my monthly every month drugs it’s much easier then going to the pharmacy constantly.

Furniture section. Bought a table and chairs but received much more.We picked up a wood table and chairs on a special. Nice quality for the price. Problem it came with a family of Mice in the box. We opened the box in the garage thankfully. I give them 3 stars for price, quality very helpful sales person. And deducted 2 stars for the mice.

They are often busy yes. but I've found that at most pharmacies. they have dealt with less staff but I feel like that's a temporary thing that most places all over are dealing with. I've had conversations with some of the staff about it and they aren't pleased with that either. but again, this is basically everywhere rt now. hopefully it changes and they are less busy again some day. but i find their customer service worth the wait...they go out of their way every single time to meet my families needs. make time for us for shots, med refills, questions. I have gone here for years and I find them to go above and beyond most times. sometimes I just have to wait like everyone else and something isn't perfectly done. but I guess I think of it like we are all human and there will always be room for error. what I see is them consistently doing a phenomenal job.

Friendly staff but voice automated system is trash don't bother even using it they'll still make you wait when you come pick up your prescription.
